I had an shopping experience with them in my UK vacation

Affordable clothes, nice variety to choose from, classics, casual and more street styles. The one thing you should it’s how much time you need to spend exploring their broad range to find really decent piece. Because from the first look the shop looks enormous, seem like it never ends, and clothes looks not super attractive. But if coming closer and look in detail, put on it, or last but not least use the help of sales assistant you might find what suits you. I did. Quality so far lived up the expectations. For such price, it’s catch

J’ai commandé un lot de deux polos, mais j’en ai reçu qu’un. Depuis deux mois, j’essaie de leur expliquer (évidemment, entre chaque échange il se passe du temps) mais apparemment, il n’y a pas de solution : ni rembourser, ni envoyer le deuxième… Et ils disent d’essayer de trouver une autre solution (mais quoi?). Bref, expérience décevante, marchand à éviter absolument.

Received lovely jacket very quick and for a reasonable price

Very bad first experience - don't waste money

Everything was wrong from the start. The delivery driver left my parcel outside and it was stolen. I tried to contact their careless customer service and over the period of 3 weeks I was being told they are investigating with the courier. One part of my original order arrived separately and the quality was rubbish. I was so tempted to return it. 😩 wasted money. I had to dispute the issue with my credit card provider as the defacto were useless.

And they always reply with a generated email like they did to my review. Scam warning

i was happy initially as trousers have a nice design and comfort. However they do not last. worst is that i have tried to buy the same pair later and just the sizes are not the same a 42 now is not the same than a 42 3 months earlier. really terrible

Disappointing Costumer Service

I ordered a dress from Defacto and at the time of purchase it automatically used billing address as shipping address. I immediately sent two emails to change the address, no one responded. Next day I emailed again and used watsapp to contact Defacto to make address change. But the customer services kept saying that they can’t do anything to help, so please stop contacting them in this matter.
I have never come across such unhelpful customer service. Never received my dress or refund and nobody seemed to be bothered to help.
Extremely disappointed!!!

Horrible Shop

Avoid this website. I ordered 3 dresses, all came bigger in size but that wasn't an issue, I returned them & decided to order a smaller size of the one I liked, it took too long but eventually came, I wore it on a hot day & little nit later the colors under the arm were all mixed in a disgusting way, went home & put it in the washing machine but it came out the same, so you'll pay £45 for a horrible quality dress! I reached out to their customer service & all they offered was £10 discount off any purchase as if I would ever buy eny thing from them again! Worst shop ever & absolutely horrible customer service
