There's a hidden scam. After you make your order, you'll be charged an extra $29.99 for an undisclosed subscription. The subscription is hidden and doesn't get mentioned in the order process.

These people have been charging me for a year now Scamm. Who wants to sue dusk ?

A SCAM WEBSITE
bought the razor of dusk beauty website and they stole all my credit card info and signed me up to a vip membership automatically charging 40$ a month which as show in reviews has happened to everyone. I went into the website and canceled the membership but continued to be charged, on top of that all I never got the razor. Had to get my card changed. PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

Initially ordered the razor from this company back in May 2025. No real issues with the product; wasn't as great as I expected but worked fine. Issue came with the recurring charge for "VIP membership". When I realised the monthly $29.99USD was coming out, I contacted the company via their online form initially to cancel membership and payments, which they confirmed had been actioned. Received further deduction from my account about 2 months later! Sent customer service an email this time with my previous request highlighted and copied in - again received acknowledgement and confirmation that membership and payments cancelled and the amount refunded. Have now received 2 x further debits in the space of 2 weeks! Getting beyond frustrated with this company. Have sent off another email to them now; don't want to have to change my card details with my bank but if they persist I may not have a choice to avoid these charges. AVOID this company at all costs.

Today it has arribe my monthly package and i love it the Excellent customer support (responsive and helpful, resolved issues quickly) hellped me a lot with the problems i had because i live in spain thanks for it

DuskOfficial’s customer support was super responsive and really helpful — they fixed my issue quickly and clearly. I felt well taken care of and appreciated how fast they resolved everything.

Beware of this company! Dusk Beauty Co. uses very deceptive practices. They sign you up for a “subscription” without making it clear, and then keep charging your card nonstop — even when you try to cancel. The worst part? The subscription doesn’t even send you anything in return. It’s just endless charges with no response from customer service. I had to contact my bank to block future payments. Definitely avoid this company — it’s a total scam!

For the past 5 or 6 months, I have continuously reached out not only to have my subscription that I never agreed to charged $30/month. Each month, this charge would yet again be charged again on my credit card, even after being assured I would not be charged. I had to order a new credit card so the charges actually do stop. All this started after ordering ONE electric razor. I will be reporting them to the BBB For being a fraudulent online company.

If I could put zero stars I would , ordered a bed from this company in MARCH! Delivery was put off multiple times and eventually told in SEPTEMBER item out of stock and offered refund or replacement. Then I got email to arrange delivery, contacted company as thought it was out of stock they said arrange delivery so did so. Was informed on the Friday before the delivery was due on the Monday by the delivery company delivery on hold . Contacted company again and told delivery on schedule, took day off work and emails later that to confirm and told no it won’t be delivered. Offered alternative but all out of stock and told to keep checking. Them got same email yesterday that I got Weeks ago telling me original bed order out of stock again as if there had been no communication at all abysmal service , avoid at all costs!

The worst!!! Purchased one item and then started getting regular payments come out in US Dollars!! Total scammers. You should be ashamed of yourselves as a business.

If I could rate this as a minus star I would. Scam scam scam! I was duped by this company into a "membership". I cancelled membership. 4 months later I am being charged random amounts from them every couple weeks. Now their support line says they are no longer taking emails or calls.

This company is the worst and should be stopped from ever selling to people they continue to charge my bank account even though I didn’t sign up for anything , have contacted them four times to cancel and to stop taking money out of my card , your a disgrace

Total scam, there is no subscription button, by purchasing you have subscribed. You will not find out until you start getting charged and you will not get your money back.

At the beginning I was so happy with the bed. Everything was amazing bought it at the start of the year the past week. I have noticed that when open and shut the bed it started to scuff at the side. I’ve received a message saying we should’ve let them know within 30 days, however, it’s only just started to happen. Absolutely disgraceful customer service will be telling everyone and will never use these again.

I would rate this negative if I could! Nowhere did it say anywhere about being charged a monthly subscription.
1. The razor actually sucks, it's so cheap and doesn't cut anything. my Remington razor from Walmart works a million times better!
2. Nowhere does it say anything about signing up for any type of membership. You're not even getting anything, you're just being charged $30 a month for nothing. I happen to stumble across it 3 months later. Had to email somebody for cancellation. They told me that they would and then I was not charged for one month and then charge twice 2 months later. I had to call my bank, have them reverse the charges and they actually had to close my debit card and issue me a new one!! Absolute garbage product, from a scam company! 0/0 recommend

Wish i could give a negative star, its been months trying to get my refund from them as the product i ordered is not working properly.
The customer service team not responding to my mails either. Plus they charged me something VIP membership out of my concern and changed me with another 50 dollars every months which i noticed later and when asked them to cancel it and give me the refund they denied to do so. Its a proper scam and worthless spending a single penny on these cheaters.

Absolute scam. They use your banking information to create a membership and charge you monthly fees when you place your order. They do this without informing you. Stay away!

I waited ages for this dog wash thing i ordered to come , and the day it came i got charged $45 , for God knows what ... had to cancel my card card order a new one , and by other reviews it looks like it might keep happening .. i never ordered anything else or subscribed to anything ... so why take out nearly double on what I ordered the first time. Haven't used the dog washer yet so can't tell u what it's like , but ill never use this company again .
