Very good experience

I have ordered quite expensive bag and got really scared after reading all reviews … however , order was placed on Sunday , got tracking number on Monday and my bag was here on Wednesday looking good! Only strange thing was that is it came in farfetch box … but that didn’t bother me really .. saying all of these can’t really comment on their customer service as I didn’t have to speak to anyone

Terrible!!

Awful! Do not buy! I bought an expensive bag on their website, used it 5 days and the handle ripped. I contacted customer services and basically was told it was my fault. Well I've had dozens of bags over the years and none have ripped after 5 days; especially since I only used it a few hours each day and I am very careful with my things, so the bag was clearly defected or a fake. How does a Michael Kors bag only last a few days??
I tried to get customer services to take some responsibility for items they sell and was told to take it to a repair shop as this was not their concern. I even got attitude from a Manager who replied to my email saying she would no longer reply to me! Rude! Honestly!! Avoid!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Further to the many other reviews, my experience of this company is reflects others. Having bought 3 pairs of trainers that were the wrong size, I missed their 14 day return deadline due to being away with work. On return and realising my mistake, I contacted customer service to be told of the restrictive return and non exchange terms. On escalation I have been messed about for three weeks being asked to take photos of all products and boxes etc to support my return, to then be told that not only will they not exchange the products, they have reverted to their original decision to not accept a return. Awful customer service and I will never purchase from this site in the future. BUYER BEWARE!

Received an item that does not look.. stuck in return process

Received an item that does not look like what I ordered on the the photo. While trying to return receive the message: Sorry, we cannot pick up your parcel/s from this address, please choose other address.
This address is the address to where they item was delivered.
Anyways there is no way to change the address. Anyone knows what to do?
Customer service does not reply.

Nothing but theft

I ordered a bag as a gift for Christmas. I spent almost 300£ while they sent me a label for the item that was not collected by the courier.
Customer service was hopeless, taking several days to reply (usually the same thing), not resolving the issue. Only after the threat to report it to the police, they actually refunded me the money. Overall, the back and forth with them took over 3 months. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolute SCAM SITE

Absolute SCAM SITE. Was told I couldn’t refund my order as the returns period had passed. The only way to enact a return is by emailing them they took 5 days to respond by which time apparently I was too late?! DISGUSTING and I’ll be going through the ombudsman channels to rectify. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY

It all started when I placed an order in January. The styles wasn’t in stock so they gave me my money back within 3 weeks. That’s fair.
But last week I saw that the style was in stock so I bought the exact same thing - and again it wasn’t on stock. How unprofessional that you don’t even know what you have at your warehouse? And also, they have already withdrawn my money? It’s illegal to do that BEFORE the parcel is actually shipped. Why are you taking my money, when you don’t have the style I “bought”? It’s out of this world? 🫣
Also, this was this Wednesday - 3 days ago. I replied right away, and I haven’t heard anything else that they will start the refund process next week. Not even an apology? Such an unprofessional experience. Maybe I was unlucky, but I’m really sad after ready all these bad experiences.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They sent me the wrong very expensive dress and customer services is appalling and the whole experience has been so stressful. They expect me to incur costs of taxes etc even though they sent me the wrong item and it's taken 8 days to initiate an exchange to be told to read the company exchange policy in which item has to be received with the courier within 10 days. It is without doubt the worst shopping experience and customer services I have ever encountered and I am a frequent shopper on Farfetch, MatchesFashion and Net-a Porter all of which are fantastic.
How has the owner become so rich from such an appalling service? Why aren't journalists picking up on this. There are countless stories like mine.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with an online store. I ordered a £400 bag, it arrives and it's faulty.

One side of the bag is completely lopsided and the leather creased whereas the other side is straight. I sent copious photos to the returns team, they said they would investigate and it would take AT LEAST 7 working days from when they receive the item back. I thought okay, that's a bit wild considering you sent me a faulty item in the first place and I am only asking for an exchange.

They then email me after I sent them numerous messages with no reply, to say that there is nothing wrong with the bag and that they are charging me a £20 returns fee. I'm like you have to be kidding? It's outrageous that you could say nothing is wrong with it. I (stupidly) reordered the bag before they had checked the original return, as the exchange was taking so long I was getting fed up. Imagine, THEY SENT ME BACK THE SAME, FAULTY BAG. You cannot make this stuff up. Now they're going to try and take another £20 off me, meaning I've lost £40 just to rightfully return two faulty orders. I am taking it up with my bank.

I will never, ever order from this terrible website again. How are they possibly call themselves a luxury retailer when they treat their customers so poorly.

Shocking customer service. Pending transaction on my credit card that I never authorised. Have e mailed them 4 times and no response. No way of getting hold of them.

UPDATE - this is unbelievable. I have just received an e mail saying a parcel is on its way from this company. Have taken £130 out of my account and there is no way to get hold of them. I will be in touch with the legal team on my credit card.

Major failings in the returns process and in customer engagement

Yes this store may have favourable prices on some luxury items, but don't be drawn in if you have ANY sense that you might need to send something back.

It's the WORST returns experience I've ever had and probably the worst company I've ever dealt with, period.

Ordered £400 trainers, they arrived in a damaged box and didn't fit, so I sent them back.

Long story short; it took 51 days to receive my money back and all communication attempts were fruitless. I'm sure they must use email bots for every single response.

I received my return a few days after sending an 'official complaint' email, where I outlined my consumer rights, their infringement and my intention to report them to the Ombudsman Services. Maybe that's the way to go for all y'all.

Ordered a coat paid for it then after a few days with no order confirmation or anything I emailed them about it few days later o sorry coat so sold out you can have a full refund…………. Weeks later still no refund back and froth with the email anyway got the bank to get it back rubbish company buyer, beware

No refund!

I really wish I had read reviews for this company before placing my orders. I placed two orders and received them within a week. Anyway, one of the bags I bought was not suitable so I returned it. It is marked as delivered when I track on DHL, but no sign of a refund or acknowledgment a week later. I’ve emailed them twice but absolutely no response whatsoever.

What kind of customer service is this? It’s a real shame as I had placed two more expensive items in my cart on their site but I think I will stick with Matches or Mytheresa who provide excellent customer service and refund immediately! Will not be ordering again and will get in touch with my credit card company to see if they can help with this refund as I have no faith in Cettire judging by all these negative reviews.

I've returned two items in thesame…

I've returned two items in thesame parcel but was refunded only for one. When i contacted customer service, I was told that i didnt indicate what type of refund i would prefer and that maybe this was the reason i didnt receive my refund. I was than told that this was updated and once their logistics team confirm the receipt of the other item, my refund would be processed. Nearly 3 weeks later after sending several email's, i was told that Cettire didnt receive my item and that they cant issue me a refund until the item gets deliverd back to their wearhouse. The item was clearly received as ive sent it in thesame parcel as the other item for which i was refunded. Now, i have no money and no goods. I used Clearpay as form of paymant and as a result i cant claim my money back as its not covered under consumer act. I wont be buying anything from Cettire ever again.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Ordered 2 parcels, one arrived. Nearly 2 months of Cettire directing me to DHL and DHL directing me to Cettire.
The parcel still shows as out for delivery but Cettire say the parcel is ready for collection but can't provide the location of where I need to collect it from.
Shocking customer service. Their website is good but you take a risk of your parcel arriving and if it doesn't then you've lost your money - dont expect any help from Cettire.
