Awful company
Awful company. Do not buy from them. I bought two pairs of jeans for £700, both were too small so I emailed them and asked if I could exchange for different sizes, they said no but to send them back for a refund. They took two days to respond coincidentally. As I didn't have an account I emailed again to ask how to return them and they told me to open an account etc and my items would appear in there and to follow the returns process. I did this on day 14 and one of the items showed as being past the return date. I emailed them again, they responded two days later and simply said we will not accept a return as I was past the return date. The other pair I managed to complete the return process for, printed the label and it said DHL would collect the following day, 2 days later they haven't. I have contacted DHL (all automated), Cettire dont give you any contact details for DHL by the way, and input Cettires reference they gave me and DHL have no record of it! At the moment I have £700 of jeans that don't fit and by the looks of it I won't be able to return. I have 3 emails I've sent to Cettire that still haven't had a reply. Horrible business.
Warning: Scam - does not refund your money
Please don't buy anything from this page! Is it possible to give 0 stars? I returned my item in JUNE and have exchanged more than 40 emails with the Cettire customer "care" team. Still have not seen a cent of my money. Every time a new name replying variation over the theme that they have "escalated to their team" or "have not heard back from their team". It has been more than 7 months now and it feels like they are just hoping that I give up. Worst case CETTIRE is a scam - best case they are just illegally withholding my money.

Their returns policy is unacceptable. My husband bought me a handbag for Christmas. I emailed Cettire as soon as I received it to let them know it was not to my liking and would be returning it as soon as I could. Also the bag opening was so tight I think it was probably faulty. On January 7th they came back and said I was too late. The bag should have been returned within 10 days irrespective of the Christmas break. In other words on Christmas Eve. So unhelpful and unsympathetic. I was very upset, it cost a lot. DONT USE THEM. I wouldn’t trust them with ANY purchase.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I was sent an incorrect item that was purchased for a Christmas present, customer service took ages to respond. They asked for photographic evidence & then said there was no issue with the item during their quality control process. No apology for their mistake. I was offered store credit only & would have to pay £20 to return. This is ludicrous… I will never order from this company again & suggest others stay clear. I am very sceptical of their positive reviews… the company comes across as very amateur and poorly ran. Save yourself the stress & order from FarFetch!!

Customer service response is soooo friggin slow! I'd get a faster response from a sloth. I've already missed out on a discount promotion and sale listing due and how slow they are and now even interest to their site. Will not be purchasing even if they do reply back in 2025!!
I ordered a canadian goose jacket
I ordered a canadian goose jacket, it was too small so tried to return it, they provided a returns label, I sent the item back on the 15th dec only to receive it back on the 21st dec! Cettire customer service are all automated so no help. Need another returns label and a customs invoice still not had any help it's now 6th January. Going to citizens advice now, so much stress. £893 LOST. they don't care do not buy from this company

Christian Louboutin Chelsea Ankle boot
I purchased a pair of Christian Louboutin Ankle Boots for my daughter's birthday at the end of November. She first wore them on the 15/12/23 for four hours and the Famous Red Sole is all chipped & scrapped with white patches showing All Over the Red Sole, now this should never happen with a Genuine Christian Louboutin footwear at the same cost as Louboutin website. I'm totally disgusted as it would appear these Christian Louboutin Boots are Fake from this popular company Cettire. I have tried through their customer services to complain to no avail and there is No UK Phone Number available either absolute joke of a company!

It was the absolute worst customer service I have eeeeeeever experienced in my entire life. I ordered two products, first Valentino Boots which did not arrive as they were stolen from the parcel and a pair of Max Mara gloves. I have not received a refund for the boots that got lost until this day, they strictly say oh no this is not our fault. And my Max Mara gloves broke the first time I wore them and again they say oh sorry this is not our problem you need to fix them yourself. Even tho it obviously was a faulty product. Never ever going to buy from them again, please stay away.

I purchased a pair of boots. Delivery took a long time. Since they don’t fit I needed to send them back. I don’t know how much they will charge me for the return, £20 or more? I asked them and didn’t get an answer yet.

Very poor delivery , ordered Tuesday international priority delivery. Just been given a delivery date 6 days after order. I order from filson which is Italy and takes 2 days. Poor delivery time for £20

Absurd and disgusting customer service ! What a shame ! Although they sent me a damage items , they refused to take responsibility , even though I notified them immediately after I noticed that one of the earrings was damaged . I will NEVER shop from this site again .
By the way I spent a fortune at Cettire and they are willing to loose a loyal customer instead of resolving the issue caused by their horrible customer service.

They sent me the wrong product and when I got in touch with Customer Service, it took almost 2 weeks until someone got back to me. I got my refund in the end but that took nearly almost 2 months!!!

I purchased a pair of boots that did not fit. Returned in exactly the same condition that they were sent to me in.
The have advised that the sole is damaged and not fit to sell.
I just received back the boots after waiting 2 weeks for a refund and have pictured the soles myself so everybody can see what absolute ludicrous liars this company are.

This is a scam company
My fiancé bought a belt for me and they send the wrong colour. After several mails back and forward, they would only do store credit. This is a SCAM company. I do not believe that they actually had the colour ordered. They started off by suggesting that we could have 5% off the belt if we kept it and then 10%. Do NOT buy from them.
