Joining UGC Mastery Academy completely changed the trajectory of my career.

When I first joined, I was brand new to UGC. I had no idea how to script, film, edit, pitch brands, or build a business. The program didn't just teach me how to create content, it taught me how to think like a business owner.

What stood out most was the level of support. This isn't a course you buy and never hear from again. The coaching, accountability, community, and feedback are what make the difference. Every assignment built on the last, and every question I had was answered with actionable guidance.

Within months, I was landing paid brand deals, building a portfolio I was proud of, and replacing the uncertainty I felt with real confidence. Today, I've worked with hundreds of brands, built a thriving UGC business, and now have the privilege of coaching students inside the very program that helped me get started.

One thing I appreciate is that the coaches don't just tell you what's wrong, they teach you why. That approach gives students the confidence to improve instead of simply correcting one assignment. Watching new creators grow from having never filmed a video to confidently pitching brands and landing paid work has been incredibly rewarding.

If you're looking for a program that hands you everything without effort, this isn't it. You'll absolutely have to put in the work. But if you're willing to stay consistent, follow the process, and be coachable, the roadmap is there.

UGC academy has helped me learn UGC way better than if I was trying to do this on my own. Granted, I was a bit more slower than I wanted to be due to my busy work life, I am a little behind on pitching with one month left in the program. I am excited to see how many deals I can close as I come to the end of my training. It’s been fun learning how to make proper videos. I appreciate all that I have learned in this academy.

The academy is very supportive and they are determined to help you succeed, that is of course if you put in the work and are determined yourself. You know what I wish? I wish that I would have found this program when I first decided to try UGC. By the time I found the program, I was almost 100 brand deals in!

It is hard to do this on your own. What works? What doesn't? What do brands look for in a creator? How do you make a really good video? How do you track it all!?

Yes, it is an investment. I chose to go the coach route because I have big goals and I wanted to use my 90 days to excel. You will be successful if you put the time and effort in. It is ultimately up to you...not UGCMA...they will help, for sure. And they can give you the acceleration to do so. But it is up to you how much you want it.

If you are unsure, talk to one of the coaches. No pressure convo. They just want it to be a good fit for you.

I chose UGCMA because I wanted to be able to replace my full-time job with UGC within a year. I have had a slow burn with collabs, but my coach and the community have been nothing short of supportive! Not only do you learn how to make videos, but you also learn how to script write, pitch, build a portfolio, find your niche, develop your worth, negotiate, and build your personal brand. This isn't a "make money overnight"; you are starting a business.

If you're reading this, you're probably where I was. Considering UGC Mastery "Academy". Hoping this will work.
I paid for the PRO program because I was genuinely interested in UGC and wanted a way to make extra income. That's it. I wasn't looking for a shortcut. I wanted a real skill.
During my hour-long sales call, a written contract was never mentioned. Not once. After I paid, an email arrived at 1 AM with a 13-page contract that I felt obligated to sign. My money was already gone.
Everyone I dealt with was really nice. That's part of what makes this so hard. But knowing what I know now, "nice" doesn't matter. What matters is what happens when you actually need something from them.
Here's what I want you to understand before you decide:
Everything you're being promised verbally is not what shows up in the contract. Ask for the written terms BEFORE you send money. Read every clause. Ask specific questions about refund conditions and get written answers.
The tactics used here are heartbreaking. Multiple former students have reached out to me sharing similar experiences. This is a pattern, not one person's bad luck.
I have filed complaints with the Virginia Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. I now have to take them to court to make this right.
If this review saves you the months I have spent trying to recover, it was worth writing.
Please protect yourself.

Although I’m not quite where I’d like to be, the academy was very informative and the coaches are top notch. Also I believe in the end, it will be a cheat code to collaborate with brands I otherwise would not have access to.

It was an excellent foundation for all things UGC! It gave us a starting point of 1 or 2 years above the rest! Very grateful for the opportunities given to me through this program.

The content for the course is so comprehensive. It literally lays out the framework step by step across all the avenues that you need to be successful. The community is incredibly supportive and motivating and the coaching gave me the confidence to keep putting myself out there. For beginners seriously looking to level up, this is the way to go!

I love the Sydney community and the team that has fostered it—everyone is so supportive and genuinely wants to see others succeed. While I wasn't completely new to the process yet I still learned many new tips and tricks along the way, and having my coach's perspective helped a lot (shoutout to coach Luiz!). I also appreciated how well-structured the modules and the overall course were, which made it clear what my tasks were and what was remaining. The only feedback I have is to clearly define the graduation requirements. Overall, this is a great resource, particularly for those completely new to the game, and a wonderful community.
