I bought another UGC course and while it provided a lot of general information it did not get to the root of what was holding me back. I had no frame of reference for my work. Was it good enough, am I heading in the right direction, am I completely off base, can i really do this. Havin spent many years in the corporate world i had no idea as to the answers to all these doubts and fears. The one on one coaching at UGCMA has really made all the difference and set me on a patch toward success.

The amount of information in this academy is unmatched, it would've taken me months, maybe years, to piece together the same knowledge crawling YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and cold-messaging people for advice. Jennifer is a fantastic coach: responsive, knowledgeable, gives solid and specific feedback, and has the experience to answer every question I've thrown at her. Highly recommend.

I was a former educator and Entertainer so i needed some help lauching this next chapter of my life after burning out in education. If you are ready to have a lined out process on how to start your UGC journey this is the program. Nate and his growing team are there for you every step of the way to give you all the tools and to be sage advice/coaching throughout the process. After training you have a community of creators to help draw inspiration and accountability. This is not just a quick scheme program. They are setting you up for a new career where you are the boss and that takes work. They have built something to give you the space to feel confident in your every growing skills and abilities. However, the rest and your success is 100% on you. What you put in is what you get out.

I came across the free masterclass online and signed up with the mastery academy within 2 days. I took a chance on investing in myself and I’m so glad I did. I was getting burned out as a healthcare worker and wanted to tap more into my creative side. I have received the best coaching, inspiration and guidance during my time as a student and as a peer. The UGCMA is the most supportive, inclusive and positive community I’ve ever been a part of. I highly recommend signing up with them if you want to give UGC a serious go. It is hard work, but they’re there to help guide and keep you accountable. I couldn’t have become a UGC creator without them.

When I decided to explore being a UGC content creator I did a lot of research. This course stood out to me because of the honest straight forward approach and the learning modules laid out. I wasn’t wrong. This course helped me build a strong foundation for my own business as well as literally walked me through every step to learning this new skill, and succeeding if I put in the work. Then to top it off I have a strong community and weekly learning labs, calls and CTA’s to keep going, growing and creating. I’m so glad I’m here.

UGC Mastery Academy was great for some things UGC but not great in other ways. I was really excited to start my UGC journey and was looking for a course that would help guide me. I learned a lot that I probably wouldn't have trying to figure it out on my own, but the course was not worth the investment. There was a lot of frustration, when it got the the pitching process the really only advice was "just keep going" which...wasn't really helpful. Then life just absolutely SMACKED me in the middle of all of it, I'd feel so guilty that I wasn't putting every ounce of energy into pitching and it overall felt so hard to balance everything going on in my life. And there was just not a lot of support or understanding when things crashed and burned. At that point, I didn't want extended coaching as the alternative. Although I did get some great outcomes with it, it just wasn't worth the investment IMO.

UGC Academy has been a great resource for me as I’ve started building my UGC business. There is a lot to learn when you’re brand new, and the training helped break things down into manageable steps instead of making the process feel overwhelming.

What I’ve appreciated most is that the information is practical. I’ve learned not only how to create better UGC, but also how to build my portfolio, find opportunities, pitch brands, understand rates and usage rights, and treat UGC like an actual business.

Having a one-on-one coach has made an especially big difference. It has helped me take the information from the Academy and actually put it into practice. The support, feedback, and guidance have been invaluable and have helped me feel much more confident moving forward.

I’m in my 60s and came into this without a background in content creation, so I also appreciate being able to learn at my own pace and go back to the lessons when I need them. I’ve already started getting paid UGC opportunities, which has made the investment feel worthwhile.

UGCMA was extremely helpful in helping me get started in my UGC journey. I participated in the 90 day coaching package and it was great to have a coach to chat with 1v1 and get direct feedback from. Starting something new can be overwhelming and having a coach to guide me, hold me accountable, and cheer me on made starting UGC so much easier than it would have been if I had done it alone. The courses are in depth and set you up for success, providing examples and walking you through each section clearly. Like most things, what you get out of this program is determined by the effort you put in. I wish I had leaned on my coach a little more at first and engaged with the community more. The program provides you with a ton of resources and using them will only help make the journey easier and more digestible. Overall, enjoyed my experience and it would've taken me a lot longer to get where I am without the program. They also update the courses and keep adding new features for the community to help their students which has been amazing. Great team, very helpful and responsive.

I came into this as a second career late in my life, which is nerve racking. This academy has given me the tools I need to be successful and has mapped out the tough work needed to become so. It’s not a get-rich scam…you have to put in the work but they give you the tools and the roadmap.

I’ve had a great experience with UGC Mastery Academy over the past 90 days. The program gave me structure, accountability, coaching, and a much better understanding of how to treat UGC like a real business. The masterclass was just what I was looking for, I was interested in UGC but had no idea how to get started. I learned how to video, edit on capcut, create my portfolio on Canva and how to reach out to brands. It was so valuable to have a 1.1 coach like Kristen to help guide me though the process.

HONEST EXPERIENCE: IT WASN’T A CAKEWALK FOR ME. I am/was not active on social media. I never use my laptop. That was an ongoing struggle but I learned along the way. I had to figure it out fast.
**I’m trying to write this for past me who was afraid to shell out $$$$ for this program. I’ve wasted money before on coaching only to feel disappointed and defeated. What I can say is, UGC requires creativity, time management, and certain skills. However, the amount of information offered in the videos we get to keep, in the community we should take advantage of, and the weekly coaching labs!! Is worth the investment to me. I feel like I skipped the line and I’m confident I will make back my investment in months. Sydney’s modules offer SO much detail. You’re paying for her experience. That’s the value right there. I’m grateful for my coach, Kati Jenkins. Kati is clear but kind in her delivery. She is efficient, creative, and up to speed on what’s going on in the industry.
* I read a negative review on here and I don’t know the full scope of that experience, but what I would also say is, whatever the contract offers as a guarantee (free extension or money back) is real! I know someone who did take advantage of the extension BUT they met all of the deadlines!! You can’t be mad if you did not show up when you were supposed to- when you agreed to. You sign a contract too.

Before you commit to pay ask all the questions: what’s the guarantee? and what voids the guarantee? What if I fall behind?

I confidently recommend this program. I have lifetime access to knowledge and a community and also became part of a local community of UGCMA students. We had our first meet-up and are planning to create content together regularly.

My wife and I are both part of the UGC Mastery Academy, and we believe it was well worth the investment. Some people say you don’t need a course to succeed in UGC, but from what I’ve found, having the right education and coaching will accelerate your success and eliminate a lot of the guesswork.

The Academy includes a very detailed course, your own personal coach whom you can message and schedule one-on-one coaching calls with, a supportive community, accountability, networking opportunities, and brand opportunities. The coaches are incredibly helpful, even with smaller questions like how to word an email or respond to a brand.

When you consider the course, personal coaching, community, accountability, brand opportunities, and all the work happening behind the scenes, I think the value more than justifies the cost. Honestly, I felt it would cost me more in lost time and mistakes not to have that support.

I heard about UGC and it sounded really cool, but I knew I couldn't learn it well without a plan. That was the appeal of the Academy. I think the resources are in the plan now, but when I started it wasn't entirely clear how long I should take on each stage. As a result the beginning stages took me much longer than I expected. I still finished the program with great skills, but I am doing the initial pitches on my own which is somewhat intimidating. The community is great and I'm confident I can continue to learn and grow.

I joined UGCMA as someone with no prior experience in content creation, so I wanted to share an honest perspective for anyone considering the program.

First, this is not a "get rich quick" opportunity. Personally, I found the learning curve to be much steeper than I expected. Some of the marketing initially gave me the impression that making money would happen more quickly and easily than it actually did. Building the skills, creating a portfolio, learning storytelling, understanding personal branding, and consistently creating quality content takes time, persistence, and a lot of effort.

The coaches all have successful UGC businesses of their own, are knowledgeable, and are genuinely invested in helping students succeed. The training is comprehensive, with an extensive library of content that continues to grow through weekly community calls, weekly labs, and additional resources. Even after your initial 90 days, you continue to have access to the community, the platform, weekly labs, community calls, and the growing resource library. The community itself is supportive, encouraging, and full of people who are willing to share their experiences, answer questions, and help each other succeed.

Although the journey has taken longer than I anticipated, I've learned skills I never would have developed on my own. Beyond content creation, I've grown in confidence, creativity, and my ability to tell stories, market myself, and think like a business owner.

If you're expecting instant results, you may be disappointed. But if you're willing to put in the work, stay consistent, and treat it like learning any new profession, I believe UGCMA provides a strong foundation and an extensive program to help you build a successful UGC business.

I'm still on my journey, but I'm excited about where it's heading and look forward to continuing to participate in the community and to grow my business.
