Fast shipping. Once I received the Smile handles, I added them to my cable machine. The handles are very well made, fit great in my hands (female here) and have really good grip. They are perfect for doing hammer curls and tricep extensions. Will be using them with every workout. Highly recommend purchasing a pair of these for your home cable machine.

I have the cable metal grips
I have the cable metal grips. I think they’re excellent except one of the grips has a dysfunction. One of the sides loosened up and now is not symmetric with the other side. I find that pretty annoying other than that excellent grips. Regards Damian Churchill president of Pure fit Inc.

I've owned two U Clips for over a year
I've owned two U Clips for over a year. Honestly they're one of the items I use most often in my home gym (besides dumbbells and barbell). Very heavy duty and high quality. Not even a scratch on them since I got them.

Versatile addition to any home gym.…
U-Clips are an amazing and versatile addition to a home gym and owning a pair is certainly more than worth the price. I initially got mine for added leverage on my reverse hyper (it’s great!) and have since used it for belt squats, adding additional weight to a bar in the form of dumbbells, and other inventive uses of equipment I already own.
Is there an element worth changing? Yes! The wimpy clips can and should be changed out for oval carabiners. Other than that, they’re perfect.
