I had a bit of trouble with my order online (website related) so I gave it 24 hrs incase it was a system catch up thing, it wasn't, my order didn't process properly, so I called tysew, I got through to a human, quite quickly, and they where very polite and helpful and informed about what had happened. They told me to expect my order at the end of the week, but to my surprise, my new sewing machine arrived today on a pallet, which delighted me even more. The machine it's self, very easy to set up, good instructions, and works like a dream. I would highly recommend and I'll deffo be a returning customer. Thank you tysew

Easy purchase, friendly customer service and prompt delivery

Excellent helpful people, I rang Raj on Saturday for some help and she couldn't have been more helpful in my wife's hunt for a new industrial machine, we were so confident of her knowledge we drove down on Monday morning from North Wales to visit the unit in London, Raj and her colleagues were so nice and extremely helpful letting my wife test the machines and choosing the best for her business, we purchased a fantastic machine and my wife also stocked up on her cottons and other items all at amazing prices. I had a fantastic experience with Tysew's delivery service! The drop-off was incredibly simple and smooth. Driver James called beforehand to let me know he was on his way, which I really appreciated. He was extremely friendly and professional. The machine was securely strapped in the van, ensuring it couldn't move during transit. The entire process was seamless. Update, i was able to switch my Machine for the original model I wanted, and that was a breeze to set up over the phone, was sent an invoice, paid on Friday and on the Monday I had a call from James the delivery driver saying he'll be dropping it off soon. Great service.

Absolutely fantastic company with outstanding service. Raj spent the afternoon going over every aspect of the embroidery machine I was interested in and allowed me to try it myself. I also received an excellent deal. I would be happy to recommend this company and would use it again without hesitation.
