What I did not like was the email from you with all the terms and conditions around ten pages long. Was there any need for that rubbish. For crying out loud all I bought was a couple of tyres not the Crown Jewels. I looked at it and deleted it as I did not think it was necessary. No one else does stupid things like this. Who ever came up with this idea needs to get a grip and do some proper work.

Be careful as tyres can be 3 years old and be very dirty
Ordered two 19” tyres for the BMW as they were about £5 each cheaper than camskill. I was tempted just to go with Camskill as I was ordering the back tyres from them and thought will save a tenner and order from Tyreleader.
3 days later received tyres that are exactly 36 months old in a dirty condition. (DOT dated 1923 tyres received end of April 2026).
Contacted customer service and repeatedly fobbed off saying as they are technically not over 36 months nothing to complain about. (just for comparison, the back tyres from Camskill were dated DOT 1126)
Will not order from Tyreleader any more.

A DOT under 36 months is not normally displayed on the site, as tyres stored correctly can retain their qualities over time. That said, we understand that receiving tyres dated 1923 at the end of April 2026, and in a visibly dirty condition, may be disappointing.

I ordered two tyres. I never received any notification that they will attempt delivery for my tyres. So I missed one attempt. On the second attempt, my partner was at home the delivery man didn’t even knock on the door, when he attempted to deliver the tyres. I have it recorded on camera how he just walked off without knocking.
After that the delivery company didn’t attempt anything delivery. So I called up the delivery company in hopes that I can just go to delivery depot and pick up the tyres as my MOT is due. As I was talking to the delivery customer service, I explained that I am not happy with the service. That they didn’t inform me of when they were attending delivery. The customer service told me that the retailer didn’t provide them with my email address. Long story short the tyres got sent back to the merchant. I then reached out to tyres leader customer service, and spoke to Ed, who absolutely useless! I explained the situation with the delivery that it is unacceptable. I work full time I need to be informed when the delivery will be. And the fact that when they attempted delivery second time . They didn’t even knock! I have a clearly footage of that on camera that I can provide. Instead of the company looking into this matter, they have CHARGED ME £25 FEE.
I will be taking this up with my bank and trading standards beyond unacceptable

As you have already contacted our customer service, your complaint can be prioritised internally so our team can review the delivery attempts, the lack of notification and the return fee applied after the parcel was sent back.
For each order, a tracking number is normally available and email notifications should be sent during delivery. If this did not happen, this is an anomaly that must be checked. Likewise, if the driver did not knock and left without attempting delivery properly, this will be raised with the carrier. If you have camera footage, please add it to your existing case so our after-sales team can assess it.
Return charges may apply when a parcel is returned to sender, but in your case the circumstances you describe should be reviewed carefully before any conclusion is reached.

Do not buy from Tyreleader.
Tyres are standard price fitted in line with several garages. However fitting is not included and by the time you add that on each tyre worked out £24 more than the average market price. If you try to return the tyres it’s £25 an tyre. Avoid this company.
In answer to your reply: There is no mention when ordering the tyres that fitting is extra. National tyres and Halfords both do the same tyre fitted at a very similar cost. Furthermore the garage that fitted said they didn't want anything to do with Tyreleader and had been trying to leave your scheme for two years. Yes I have been in contact with your customer services.

Regarding returns, return fees can appear high because they generally include the initial delivery, the collection/return transport, and handling/storage costs.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company 😡🚫. Ordered 4 tyres, 2 were correct and the other 2,They sent the wrong size tyres 🛞❌, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and delay ⏳😤.
When I contacted customer services 📞, they were unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility 🤷♂️❌. The responses were blunt 🧊 and showed no effort to assist or resolve the issue 🙅♂️.
Overall, the service was extremely poor 👎❗, and I would not recommend this company to anyone 🚫⚠️.

Had to involve the credit card company to help but this time I didn’t order with them for my next order.
