It would be helpful if Cotton On suggested related items when I’m shopping, like pairing a dress with a matching tote bag or suggesting accessories that go well with my outfit.
Listing out of stock items as in stock
An item I ordered for a birthday present that was in stock was apparently not in stock at all so I'm now awaiting my refund whilst having to look elsewhere. Extremely disappointing and very disingenuous to advertise a product as in stock when it's not.

Cotton On does not care about Australian customers anymore, except to take their money. Purchased an online gift voucher for $150. Received the receipt, not the voucher. A week trying to speak to customer service, long wait on phone which disconnects. Live chat long waits, hopeless, refer it to ‘technical dept’ who do nothing. BOYCOTT COTTON ON AUSTRALIA!!
23/12 - Update: Fourth live chat person who promised to help didn’t. The ‘internal team’ haven’t responded all week. Tried head office at Geelong, on hold message says “your call is important to us” then after 5 minute wait says due to high volume call back later. This company has gotten just too big and greedy and doesn’t deserve our custom.

If I could give this company a 0, I would. The Customer Service is absolutely appalling. I had two orders. One refunded on 5/10, one that I sent back to them on 12/10. When the order gets to the warehouse, they refund the ORDER THEY ALREADY REFUNDED. I don't understand how any company could be so stupid and yet so delusional they can't see their own mistake. Currently having to dispute this with my bank and it's absolutely draining.

One of my all time favorite clothing brands! Purchased some lingerie, gym shorts/tops and linen beach shirts - the material is amazing. Super comfortable and really good quality. Great value for money too. Rapid shipping also, and the Perks scheme is brilliant. Got £10 worth of vouchers to spend after my first purchase! Highly recommend brand. Will definitely be purchasing again and again from Cotton On.

saw the shop in MK but it was busy and did manage to have a proper look. Found them online and got a lovely order together. Speedy delivery and a damaged item was speedily replaced.

Ordered some gifts from them about a year ago and 2 arrived damaged, they refunded me because they couldn’t replace, which is fair enough.
Recently ordered some more gifts a few days ago, a few notebooks and a paint pad. The parcel was left outside of a door and an image was sent saying it was delivered, I was at work at this time, I got home and there was no parcel to be found. I contacted their support and they are the most unhelpful people to deal with, they simply do not care at all, they’re making me contact even to claim the parcel back instead of actually trying to help me themselves, then they just tell me to reorder it so having to order it twice..

Awful experience - ordered a phone case a week ago, received no confirmation email even though they took the money from my account immediately. Order was supposed to be delivered by now but haven’t even received any contact from the company regarding my order. Have tried to contact them but it’s very difficult to get through.

I placed an order with Cotton On, and it arrived within two days. However, I had to return everything on the same day because the clothes were too small. It's now been 34 days, and I still haven't received my £96 refund. Despite being a loyal customer for years, their customer service has been unhelpful, and I'm exhausted from constantly following up. I am disappointed really

Ordered some Father’s Day gifts, 10 days in advance. Today got a random email to say it has been returned. Customer service were sarcastic and no help whatsoever. This was my second order after giving them the benefit of the doubt from their first mess up! Also something to note when I ordered it said guaranteed delivery for a certain date which was 4 days before I needed it, I hadn’t left it until last minute. Terrible experience, will never buy again from them.

I've been using Typo for years and have always loved it, never had any issues.
Something has clearly changed recently because my most recent order (May 2024) arrived with 3 items missing. I contacted them to check if they'd sent them separately (sometimes that happens!) But no, they told me they'd all been sent.
I asked them to re-send the missing items - I was told one is out of stock so I will be refunded but the other two will be re-sent.
I didn't receive any confirmation emails or anything about the refund (which also isn't showing on my bank), so I contacted them by email with a screenshot of that original chat.
They replied saying the one item is out of stock - still no mention of the other 2 items. I'm so sick of having to chase them for something so simple - I just want what I ordered! Why is it that people in customer service have no customer service skills? It's actually unbelievable how bad they are!
I will never be ordering from Typo again after this.
It’s okay
It’s okay. Quirky products but so expensive. Their prices have increased which I know all businesses are but their points card doesn’t even give you added extras. Like members price only type of thing. Shops are nice and love the buffalo notebooks. But the price doesn’t match up with the items.

Atrocious customer service
I purchased a bag from this company at Christmas and used it only a few times. The straps have all frayed and a big hole appeared in the bag. I emailed the company who were extremely unhelpful and not willing to accept any accountability for the terrible state of the bag. They suggested I drive over 40 miles back to the store for them to ‘analyse’ but didn’t care when I said I have disabilities and had gone on the train when I did visit. Aside from the fact that it would cost me a lot of money to travel to take it back. I attempted to make a complaint which wasn’t dealt with and when I asked for head office details due to then being in breach of contract for selling a bag not fit for purpose they refused to give me these details saying they cannot give out internal contact details! Avoid this company like the plague their customer service is shocking. Judging by the reviews I am not alone.

I order staff for Xmas using Black Friday deal ,that never arrived even I paid for extra for fast delivery . Costumer service people (if they are people or just ai boots) are absolutely jokes. Once I written emeil to head office (I mention I care about get that items as they been important for me ) they said they gonna refund me withouth any apology or any complimentary voucher or anything . Today I noticed I been charged after pretty much two month , and never been revived my parcel. I just written another emeil , hovever if I’m not gonna have my refund by tommoro I might contact local trading standard officer
