Charger Needs to Last a Little Longer Than One Day
The bag itself is great.
The reason for the four out of five rating is that the charger only lasts for one use then you have to recharge it overnight.
I learned this over the past weekend (August 14-15, 2026). I was packing my belongings preparing to check-out, but when it came to deflate the bag, the charger didn't work at all. I was very disappointed.
I have a similar product from a competitor, and it's charger still works even though I haven't used it in three weeks.

Great customer service
I received my 3 bags and one of the zips was broken. I contacted Twopackbag via their support email with a video if the bag. They responded directly and sent a new replacement bag straight away. I was very impressed. Haven’t used the bags as yet as travelling in 3 weeks,

Pump failure
I love the bags. They are very sturdy and easy to pack. However, the pump died during my first trip with them. I had to squeeze the air by hand.

Same as most others with complaints. They lie and say they ship from Wyoming on Facebook. It’s obvious coming from China. Email customer service no response. Wondering if they’re a scam.

Great product! However for a user of the packs do not over pack the bag because only so much air to dissipate for shrinking your clothes.
