Bags seem well made/Could be better
Bags seem well made. The ad/promotion implied there’d be an extra pump, but no. If you want 2nd pump, gotta buy it. Wife complains she can’t see what’s in each bag … could use at least a clear plastic window.

Ease of ordering, it was as described. Tried it out with some clothes and yeh vacuum worked well sucking the air out and giving more room in my suitcase. Overall it seems like a good value

Waste of money
Waste of money. The vacuum works for a minute. When you remove, it fills back up with air. So either ours are defective or they just don’t work.

Twopack bags for Scotland
Twopack bags work great reduced the size by the 60% which is nice for suitcase, vacuum was very strong and came fully charged. I would have given 5 stars except for the length of time shipping. The shipping updates are slow and in the last mile said it was out for delivery for 3 days.

The bags appear to be well made and they work well. The pump needs better design as they switch is too easy to push and will turn on while packed in luggage. Be aware they have the worst package tracking ever and if needed within two weeks, don’t order.

Appalling service
Appalling service. I ordered Two 2PackBag Travel Kits and an extra pump on 20July26. On 6 Aug, the 4 bags were delivered. No pumps or gift card were included.
Emailed the company who acknowledged i should have been sent 2 pumps. They sent a tracking number for the new delivery.
On 19Aug26, I received one pump , not the 2 promised. I’m still outstanding items from my original order placed a month ago.
I consider this to be poor service, untrustworthy and unreliable. I wish I’d never used the company as I’m now still working on getting what I paid for. This is very disappointing and could be considered a scam.

I am rewriting my review because, initially, I felt that the description of the bag upgrade was misleading. While I still believe the description could have been clearer, the company reimbursed me for the amount I paid for the upgrade.
I find that both honorable and decent, and it has changed my perspective on purchasing from them again. Thank you, Twopackbag, for making this right. In a day when it is very easy for companies to dismiss customer concerns, I truly appreciate the way you handled the situation.

Sturdy and durable
Lost a star because of the delivery company Evri left my parcel on the side of the road somewhere. Although it did turn up the next day miraculously.
Had to test out as soon as it arrived. Very strong material and the pump works well. Stuffed it full so wasn't much difference from before and after. So less is more. Did take pictures of what went in and the before and after but there isn't an option to post here. Very happy though. Believe it will be very useful.

Rated because of poor Delivery Service
I can't really rate the bags yet. I received them 1 day before I left on my trip, and I had already packed. The disappointment was that it took more than 2 weeks to receive the product. When I have the opportunity to use the bags, I will update this review. But I believe you need to be more informative about how long it might take to receive the product when ordering. If I had known it would take more than 2 weeks, I probably wouldn't have ordered them at this time.

Poor customer service and communication
I ordered from 2packbag and the order was to arrive in three to ten days which would have been in time for my trip. The day before the order still had not arrived and I reached out to customer service asking for the return and refund process since I would be unable to use it. They never responded. Of course the order arrived while I was away. Since returning from my trip, I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times to process my return and refund for the unopened package and they have simply not responded. I advise anyone shopping to not buy from this company. They have poor customer service, are non-communicative and have deceptive business practices (they advertise a 100 day refund process but when contacted about said refund, it’s radio silence).
I will continue to encourage folks to shop elsewhere as long as this company refuses to respond to my email and process my refund.
