The whole process was easy. They kept me informed on progress and at what stage they were at. To be honest I was surprised how quick it was. Fitters did a great job too. Very happy. And it looks very nice!

Our windows and front door are now installed and look amazing -they are sturdy and finished beautifully. They have completely transformed the house. I LOVE them!

Out of warranty I've found that the orangery main pillars are rotten behind the paint. Goodness know how I'm going to repair these.

We have used Thames Valley Windows for all our needs over the last 28 years. We did look at a few companies this time but were not even happy with their responses on enquiry. TVW from Salesman, through communication with the office, to the excellent installation team were just as good as all the other times we had employed their services.

Had new windows fitted today. The fitters turned up on time, were polite, friendly and helpful. The windows were fitted in a prompt, efficient manner and look great.
I enjoyed the whole process of working with Thames Valley Windows. All of the staff we met came across as very experienced and knowledgeable, which was very reassuring. They went out of their way to provide invaluable advice, not only regarding practical matters but also aesthetically.
It was basically a three stage process: 1. Initial visit by designer. 2. Visit by surveyor a couple of weeks later.
3. Fitting about a month later.

I highly recommend this company. Highly professional, reliable, honest and friendly.

On the basis that you get a much better view of a company's values and behaviour when things don't go perfectly, I have to give full marks to Thames Valley Windows. When there was a problem with the instal they understood the situation, immediately accepted that there was an issue, responded very quickly and made a complete commitment to resolving it.
My installation was quite complex and the issue wasn't particularly major (misalignment of leading) but I was very impressed by their response and that they made a big effort to fix the problem to my complete satisfaction.
This is how a 'proper' company behaves and I would strongly recommend them on that basis alone.
However, the windows are great and, even including the problems encountered, the whole experience was very positive.

Unfortunately, we didn't have the best overall experience with TVW. When the doors arrived to be installed, they were made the wrong way round, the master door being on the wrong side. So we had to wait for the doors to be sent back to the manufacturer and swapped around.
When the doors finally arrived back and were installed, we had to call the manager out to inspect scratches and marks- quality we absolutely would not expect. He then told us that gaskets had not been installed in some areas, so we would have to get someone back out to fix those. When that was done, we noticed even more scratches!!
TVW got specialist sprayers out to fix all the scratches and marks and finally we have been left with doors we are happy with. But the whole process was very stressful and not what we would have expected at all.
They were very apologetic and professional about everything. We hope this is a one off and just an unfortunate run of events, but for the price we paid, it was not the standard of service we would expect and we won't be using this company again.

Excellent service throughout the process from George in sales, admin, survey to the install guys. Having had a previous poor experience with another window company it made a refreshing change! Would definitely use again.

This company offers a very thorough service. Sales , sales support (administration), surveyor and installation team. Sean Moynihan was helpful, clear and responsive. Without the site survey we would have been a course of bricks too many and the installation team were professional, courteous and impressive in performance. There were less expensive doors available but the service and quality from TVWC are worth paying for without a doubt.

Rob was great he measured and advised he showed us examples he was always polite and a perfect gentleman and always replied to emails & queries assuring a smooth process. The fitters were on time they were polite & so quick, efficient & tidy, they were so quiet & worked hard I did not hear conversation just they just had their heads into it. Thank you guys you completed a lovely job I love my door so thank you TVW I recommend you & will use you for other projects.
