Didn't know what to Expect... more than impressed
Easy to order, fast delivery. Overall though quality of two products purchased was really good. Never even knew about Tu previously but will certainly order again.

Poor customer services and difficult to contact!
Terrible customer service and difficult to contact. Although ordering and of course paying for the goods was easy... Evri are a week overdue delivering my order and theres no guarantee I'll get it this week. I may have to dispute the payment with the bank to get a refund 😡
UPDATE! Evri have finally delivered my parcel today and im thrilled with the baby pyjamas & dressing gown 😁.

I still have not recieved my parcel…
I still have not recieved my parcel ,its now over a week late ,this is typical of evri .i need my item for tomorrow ,and thought i ordered in plenty of time ,its very disapointing ,i wont be re ordering with you if you are using evri .

I ordered next day delivery but unfortunately due to the courier it was late. Which I spoke with tu online and they were full of apologies. When I received my parcel excellent product and hasn't put me off buying again
