Waiting for refund
Returned two items from my online order the day after I had collected them as I knew that my grandson would not like the material. I am still waiting for my refund. I have done a messenger chat, visited store and phoned and I have still not received my refund.

Very poor, ordered a lovely top and skirt, the top had a coat hanger sticking through, tried to contact Sainsburys but heard nothing at all.

Great products but collection/ return points limited.
Easy to order & collect.Like the products. However, collection/ return locations are not terribly convenient to me now that the Sainsbury’s local shops are no longer open for this. I would order more frequently if I could pick up/ return closer to Shipley.
