After sevral messages back and forth the company agreed to give me a partial refund and I did not have to return the unwanted products. Therefore I cannot comment on the product as I have not tried it. I gave a 3 star as I feel they should be more clear about their refund and rerturn policy.
I sent email to customer service because my device is not working properly. Kei was in the rescue. He asked me to send a video for documentation purposes. The following day he asked me to confirm if I need a replacement. Of course I did. After a couple of emails back and forth he sent me the replacement . Kei showed patience and professionalism re my issue. Thanks so much KEI. I really appreciate everything.

My items ordered must have been lost as I never received it. I contacted EJ and they said they would send a replacement in a couple of days so I should be set. Nice to know that there is trust in customers and the company........., Bill Starke

I've only been using my renewalift for 4 days and I have noticed some difference in my skin's appearance. It does look brighter and some deep lines in my forehead are less noticeable. Also, some lines around my mouth have softened.

I do not know when I have had an online company that gave me better. Customer service. My experience was wonderful. Stephen was great to help me with my needs and I have nothing but praise for this company. It would be nice if other companies modeled by this one it would be better doing business on the Internet all the time. Thanks again.

I purchased both RenewalLift Skin Tightening Device & EyeLift from the company 4 months ago. The Skin Tightening Device stopped charging and the EyeLift barely worked even after fully charged. I sent a video to Matthew from Customer Experience Team of Renewa Skin. The team reviewed the problems and got back to me the very next day and indicated that the replacements are on the way to me. What an excellent customer service! Matthew is an asset of Renewa Skin.
