I canceled my subscription at Tryjill.com and here came another package for $77. I emailed them and they said they cannot take returns.

Save your time and money...the blades are sub-par, stick with twinkle razors and buy a bottle of baby oil and baby powder to mamke the hahirs stick out. They will not honor their 60day guarantee, we already tried and they will continue to bill you even after you canceled. Don't get caught in their trap. Buyer beware.

I started a subscription, never received my full order, received “bot-like” customer service emails when I asked about my order and it was never fulfilled. Then, I cancelled my subscription, but the company continued to withdraw money from my account. When I contacted the company, I received the same generic, ambiguous “bot-like” responses. I have since contacted the BBB and talked with my bank and attorney. DO NOT USE JILL RAZOR.

If I could give them 0 starts I would. HORRIBLE company with terrible customer service. I’ve moved my subscription out and cancelled it and I was still charged for a subscription and they wouldn’t refund me. I also never received the spray for shaving. They are literally the worst and the product isn’t even that great. I breakout every time. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I placed an order in January of a starter kit with an incentive to get the Hair Identifier spray which I was really excited to use and was a key selling point for me. However my order arrived with just a single razor and 2 spare blades, no identifier spray. I reached out to them as I paid way over the odds for a single razor. I never received a response for such a long time that I had to send countless emails, I then got an email saying they had a back order and are receiving the stock in February or March and will send it to me as soon as they get it. We are now in May, and the item still hasn’t arrived. SCAM company! Do not trust!

The Glow Guarantee: We offer complete refunds for the first 60 days if you do not absolutely love your glow. If you receive your product/blades damaged in any way shape or form you will be given a direct replacement or a refund.
Not true. Unless you cancel before your subscription is sent (I signed up for the trial and they said I chose subscription, they will not allow a return.
The product is crap. Try the recyclable product on Amazon

Negative stars. Did not send my full order and then half of it was broken.
Said they would send me a new one A MONTH ago and refuse to actually do it saying it is "not in stock" - then you should have not taken my money for it!
I have tried to resolve it on my own and they are giving me the run around and not honoring that I paid for something they never sent. Apprehensible business practice.

Since November when I ordered a package of their trial blades they had the incorrect shipping address and billing address. I have sent at least 30 emails trying to resolve this and they send emails to me and I send my correct shipping address and nothing is resolved. This is a terrible way to do business. Today my second package is out for shipment to the same wrong address. The lack of efficiency is so frustrating. What can you people possibly do to rectify this without my bank canceling my card and all my other subscriptions

I wish I would have checked here before ordering! The reviews on their site are clearly curated because they are all 5 star reviews and I can’t even leave a review there. Anyways, back in late November, I thought I’d order and give them a shot. I changed my subscription to only send every 3 months because I still had blades from another company to use up. Then a month later, I was charged out of nowhere and got an email saying my 3 month supply was on the way. I emailed them immediately only to be told that they couldn’t cancel my order because it had already gone through. The customer service is garbage! They told me that they always send emails prior to a subscription order being filled so that you have a chance to pause or skip, and I checked all of my inbox, trash, and spam folders and I never once received anything of the sort. I was ignored after bringing this up. They offered to refund me a mere 30% of my original order when I asked if I could send the razors back. Once I received them, they told me that they could not do returns because of the nature of the product. I even asked them if they would accept the package if it had not been opened and they never got back to me on that either. I only received a one month supply in that package, then I received another email from another person at the company saying that they would be sending my other two months along with 10% off my next order (lol). I emailed them back telling them I did not want those either and that I wanted a refund and they would not give me the refund, despite their 60 day glow guarantee. I never heard back and now almost 3 months after first subscribing, I finally received the last two months supply of razors. As far as the products go, the magic wipes are terrible. They are huge and super wet, way more than you need to clean your face before using this product, and they stink and leave my face feeling sticky. I threw all of them in the trash. The powder spray is horrible too. Either not enough comes out or way too much and it goes everywhere, then it leaves a bad taste in your mouth just from spraying it on your face. It also smells bad and makes me cough. Do not buy from this company! Listen to everyone here!

it is a waste of time a waste of money and their customer service gives you the runaround when you try to return their items to them and refused to give you a refund. I have been fighting with them and Cash app to get my money back from them. I’m about ready to take it to the Attorney General of Minnesota and sue their asses they better respond to my email and give me the return label and take their product back because they are nothing but false advertisement and I have no problem bad melting their names all over social media so if they don’t want me to badmouth their name to the company, then they better reply to my email. Tell me when the shipping label is coming so I can get rid of the damn product in my house. I don’t want this freaking stuff in my house and they better cancel my subscription too. So next time Cash app goes to dispute their money. They better not hit deny cause they hit deny again all hell will break out.

DO NOT buy from this shady company. I should have listened to my gut and not purchased after reading their reviews. I purchased the starter kit with magic spray. The magic spray was not in the package and nothing in the package to alert me an item was missing. I sent an email and did get a response that it would ship on 2/3. I sent another email on 2/6 inquiring on the missing product but no response. On 2/7 per their refund - glow guarantee I sent an email requesting a refund. On 2/12 after hearing nothing from them I sent another email on getting a refund...still no response. The blades are junk, you can get better blades at any drug store! It did not remove the hair. BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give negative stars I would.

Do not buy from this company!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Promised 60-day money back guarantee. Ordered the razor kit and then after talking to friends decided not to use it at all. Emailed them and they responded once asking me why I wanted a refund then never responded again! It’s been at least 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten any further response about how to return the products. Looks like I’m now out $18. DON’T BUY FROM HERE! Such a scam.

I went ahead and tried the subscription, noting that I wanted the hair identifying spray. That was clearly listed on my order, but it’s almost a couple months past my original order and it still hasn’t been received.

So today I get the message that the company is going to be sending me refills. I canceled my subscription and noted that I hadn’t even received my full order from the first time, so I haven’t been able to try the product.

I ordered the whole shabang, glow serum quarterly subscription starter kit with spray and oil wipes. Had a problem with only part of my order arriving, horrible customer service. Reached out to them and they tried to offer me 10% off my next three orders. I ask the why can’t they just ship me what I purchased they said extra will come in my next monthly subscription purchase, but I purchased a quarterly subscription so they are misleading and confusing. I don’t want to be charged monthly! They say to shave every two weeks but are unwilling to provide the tools to do that even if I did get my total order. This was so annoying to explain back and forth with a customer rep when I was the one missing items and not getting what I purchased. I decided not to continue fighting with them and just requested a refund, after no reply I filed for refund through CC company. Sad that I had to deal with the lack of care from Jill Customer service continuously. Don’t support this company just out to make a quick buck by taking your money and not providing what they say they will just to dump whoever they’ve wronged and on to the next! The powder does also suck and a nice apricot oil works just as well if not better than their face oil wipes.

Never received, I send the order on 21st November, now it's been a month, No update regarding order dispatch, no tracking, no response from anyone on the website, not giving my refund, spend £100 value of order. Not gonna use again.

I ordered a starting kit on Dec 1st. They charged me $14.98. Today is the 27th. I never received a kit. I have emailed customer service six times and only received one response, that my package had been "lost" and if I wanted a new one sent or a refund. I asked for a refund. Then again silence. Wrote three more times and still, to this day, have never heard a response. this is terrible customer service. I will also be sending a report to the Better Business Bureau. I want a refund.

Do not buy from this company. They have the worst customer service. I have been waiting 15 days for an answer and they are just ignoring me after promising me a refund. They charged and sent me a product I do not want, no option for returning items.

The products are low quality and TERRIBLE service. Save your money!!!!
