These products are wonderful. They recently launched Jill 2.0 and you can tell that they REALLY took customer comments into consideration. The handle and blades are so much better. The hair ID spray now gives a more reliable spray. Their customer service is out of this world. Each blade set also comes with a cleanser and a mask for after use. I HIGHLY recommend these products.

My order for my starter kit was shipped to the wrong address I contacted customer support and was told Jill would send a replacement starter kit to my actual address. I never received it but three months later I was charged for a subscription of blades that I cannot use because I never received my starter kit, but the blades I did receive do not look like good quality they look like they come from the $.99 store.
I’m disappointed in the Customer Service/lack of care about not receiving my starter kit, and I will not continue my subscription.

Product is nice. I’m giving my latest one I received for Christmas. Then I’m ordering me another one. She will love it too.

Both of the razors broke. Cheap product

This is a fraudulent company. I made a one-time purchase in Aug (no subscription), and they continued charging my card in Sept. My bank worked with me to get them to stop, but Visa/Mastercard does not consider it fraud if I give them my credit card number at any given time, for any given purpose. There were no charges in Oct/Nov, but then they charged my card again in Dec, because Visa/Mastercard lets them. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TryJill.com - even if you think it's a one-time purchase - because with them, it isn't.

I got the original product. Then got a refill I really didn’t want but accepted it anyway. Upon being charged for this refill I cancelled my subscription immediately via their website contact form. Now weeks later I’m being charged for a refill again. I’ve reached out to customer service requesting a refund as I had cancelled. Haven’t heard back yet.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Their customer service is a joke. On Oct 1, I received a notice that my refill was about to ship. I immediately reached out to customer service, asking to cancel my subscription. They responded and said they couldn't find my order info or my account. I wrote back, giving then my original order number, my mailing address, and verified my email. My refill still had not shipped and when they finally got back to me, they said they couldn't give a refund on an order that had already shipped. I wrote back again telling them my order had not yet shipped, and haven't heard anything since. It's now Oct 4, and I just got a notice that my order shipped and my card has been charged. It's interesting that they can't locate my info when I want to cancel, but then they magically ship out a refill without any trouble. This is maddening!

AVOID. Have taken money for my original order and not receive product. Contacted them and got no response. I had to make a charge back through my bank. A second subscription payment was automatically taken even though I’d asked them to cancel it in first email I sent. I contacted them again. They’ve offered a 50% refund? I want 100%. I been charged twice and received no products! Absolutely SCAM.

I ordered a product that had a 90 day subscription refill. Then after 28 days I was charged again. When I inquired as to why they said because I got the introduction package. When I asked to be refunded or to put it on hold ( because I had two sets already) I was told it had already shipped. When I asked about returns I was told that it would not be possible to return some items because of hygiene reasons even if the original package wasn't even open. I checked other reviews and they have been doing this practice for months. People complain about the up charges so soon after the first purchase. The company knows what they are doing and don't care because now they have your money and make it costly to return the items. The products themselves are lower quality than other similar companies.

As per previous reviews. I cancelled my subscription because the product was subpar and choked me with the amount you have to spray to see what is needed. I cancelled the same day. I have asthma and could not use it. They sent " auto shipped" me the product for 78.00. Total rip off for the product. customer service said no refunds. Which is how they get you. I emailed the day i got the email and they offered half my money back. will update if i actually get it.

the product is decent but the customer service is AWFUL.
I was charged for an order AFTER I cancelled my subscription. We just had a baby and cannot afford to purchase extra items so I cancelled my subscription. Then when I reached out and told them this and sent screenshots proving that it said I had no active subscriptions they still charged me and refused to refund me.
DO NOT PURCHASE.
