My son loves truffle so bought some for his birthday. I have Truffle guys before and good delivery service and products.

Order came within a couple of days.

A very friendly company and a great product! I bought the Truffle Dust as my husband cannot stand the smell of truffle oil. The powder is amazing and a lite goes a very long way. I still have to use and eat any dish with it outdoors 😎 And put the little jar in a sealed container, the smell is so very potent. But that is why you need far less than with oil and it tastes great.

Got what I asked for, in the time frame promised, quality was as expected. Simples.

I ordered the truffle dust and truffle ketchup . Omg , love them both, I literally put the dust on everything and I’m thinking of things to eat just so I put ketchup on it . Can not wait to try the rest. Very quick delivery and kept me upto date with my delivery 10/10 for service and quality of experience

I was a little disappointed at first, as it was 3 weeks past my order date and the parcel hadn’t arrived. However upon contacting the truffle guys they sent out a new parcel immediately, so I would have it in time for Christmas. 10/10 service, going above and beyond for the customer that is just not seen in business today. As for the quality of the product I would rate this 10/10 as well, the truffle dust is amazing to enhance any dish.

I still Havn’t received my truffle powders, since before Christmas. I’m sure it’s the postal strike, bit annoyed really, as I had specific people in mind for them. Can you help?

Love the Truffle Dust but the 5* review is for the customer service. The first order arrived in pieces so I emailed the Truffle Guys and they sent a replacement immediately which arrived in time for Christmas. Brilliant service as this was Christmas gift.

Lovely products - the truffle dust is amazing, and good quick delivery, well packaged. All very smooth.

Although our delivery was affected by the postal delays, the service we got and rapid communication to solve the problem were excellent. Thank you very much for this - and the truffle oil etc already appreciated and being enjoyed by the recipient for whom it was a Christmas gift.

Amazing- found them at Hampton Court food festival in the summer and used ever since.

Truffle Guys have a nice advert and great products. What I wanted was out of stock but they alerted me as soon as it was in. I ordered and it arrived well packaged…and is delicious.
