I bought the expensive package - oil/dust etc etc.
If you add it to anything - salad, meat, fish, it just makes everything taste like the inside of a rubber boot.
Don't waste your money!

Second order placed on the 16th April for a present for my daughter. Nothing received in goods or explanation so I contacted them on the 5th May asking for explanation. First reply was that they normally ship within 1 - 2 days of order but were experiencing high volume and my order was experiencing a small delay. They stated that my order would be shipped shortly and they would send me a tracking number. I then received a second email stating that my order was flagged because their 500ml Oil was out of date and would I agree to smaller bottles instead!! I wonder how long it would have been had I not sent the chasing mail on the 5th May?? Surely they could have told me this the day it was ordered?? I have missed my daughter's celebration and my faith in this company and their customer service is sadly extremely low. I hope this company is not suffering financial problems but if not they really need to up their game to match their sales pitch and company advertisement. Poor effort

Order arrived with one item broken and they immediately sent out a replacement order of everything. Abs amazing customer service. Def 5 star service ans so are the products. Completely delicious and worth every penny. Try them, you will not be disappointed.

New customer. Truffle powder arrived day after order, beautiful packaging. Product itself is outstanding. It has superb flavour and goes a lot further than you think, as you don’t need a lot to achieve a full, rich truffle flavour. My kids loved it too! On December 19th, I was at the Christmas market in Winchester and saw a guy selling this product. He was very interesting and funny, he let me try it, and I fell in love with the taste. I ended up ordering truffle dust on January 2nd and received it on January 3rd. The delivery was very fast, and I'm glad your company sent my package literally a few hours after I ordered it. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be buying more and recommending it to my friends!

You’ve changed my husband’s opinion of truffle! I bought him the gift pack of Truffle Oil, dust & pasta sauce. He wasn’t as excited as I thought he’d be! We made pasta for dinner the other night & used the sauce. He thought it was fantastic! I thought it was fantastic! So delicious & the right amount of truffle flavour, not overpowering at all. Cannot wait to try the others & anything else you have. Well done!

Bought this set as a Christmas gift for foodie friend, was disappointed when it arrived as it arrived not as expected. It's shown on the site gift boxed in nice packaging , it arrived in a split cardboard box. If you run out of boxed sets you should at least inform the customer now going to have to find alternative packaging so I can give it as a the gift I intended.

Absolutely love the Truffle Mustard! Cannot recommend this enough. Closely followed by the Truffle Mayonnaise. Also love the dust on French fries with a grating of parmesan.

Disappointed gift box ordered arrived as loose products in an Amazon box. After contacting customer services the problem was immediately resolved.

Bought the dust and oil both smell strong the dust is a mix with truffle flavouring in. flavour was very weak and not not impressed with the oil either truffle flavouring, not a lot of truffle in it8

The dust is it!
I bought the Dust for myself and the Ketchup for my daughter as she likes alternatives to the popular 'H''s version. I hate ketchup. I love truffle ketchup and between my low income, and the state of the economy, my bank account is going to hate me and berate me 'cos, I'm buying some more of both.
And there's no way that I just occasionally tip my head back and shake a little Truffle Dust into my open gob! I could never........

Ordered a kit from Truffel Guys as a present. Unfortunately when my order arrived the one jar was smashed. I spoke to Truffle Guys and they replaced the broken jar within 48 hours. Very impressed with the service and the reaction from them.

My son and I discovered Truffle Guys at the NEC Good Food Show, Summer 2024. We have invested in the smooth Truffle Oil, delicious Truffle Mayo, extravagant Truffle Dust and tasty Pasta Sauce. All of which add depth, flavour and luxury to a vast array of meals from scrambled eggs to the most ambitious of main meals. Good food becomes excellent food with a Truffle Guys boost.

I bought the white truffle oil and the truffle dust, and they are absolutely sublime. I made a gorgeous cauliflower and truffle soup which was to die for, and parmesan and truffle fries, which were heavenly.

I also found another, really useful and surprising use for the truffle dust, too:

We rescued 5 dogs who all come with their own little idiosyncrasies, and one of them in particular, has a persistently poor appetite and she remains a little too slim. She's perfectly healthy and young, but she's just not very interested in food, so meal times are a bit of a challenge.

After opening the truffle dust, and noticing how rich and pungent the scent of the dust is, I wondered if it might be appetising if I sprinkled a little on her dinner.

I checked to make sure all of the ingredients were safe for her, and put the tiniest pinch on her food… When I say "tiny", I mean absolutely minuscule.

Well, in the two years since we have had her, I have never seen her eat her dinner with such alacrity.

Normally, once we have put her food down, she likes us to be in the room with her, but stay still, otherwise she's distracted and just walks away from her bowl. Also, after the first couple of mouthfuls, she usually looks at us with reproach and then looks down at her food with bitter disappointment 😆😩 (we have tried every combination of fresh and dry food you can think of).

This teeny weenie little sprinkling of dust has totally changed her appetite and eating habits, and now, she is beside herself with excitement when her food arrives, and we can now clatter around the kitchen, without her even raising an eyebrow or lifting her head to see what we are doing!

I know this was absolutely not meant to be part of your marketing strategy… but it has been an enormously serendipitous find for our gal, so I cannot tell you how grateful we are.

I have even sent a snapshot of the truffle dust to my Vet, so that he has another potential appetite stimulant for any of his poorly patients.

Thank you again for these wonderful products, neither I nor our little lass, Florence, would be without them!

Great product with fast delivery! Can’t fault it

I’ll start by saying I love the Truffle dust and have been buying it for several years both for myself and as gifts. BUT and there often is one, these “guys” really need to work on their packaging. It’s a standard £4.95 and granted very quick delivery however when your spending nearly 40% of the product cost again on postage, it’s not a great value proposition. It’s also extremely disappointing how exsessive the packaging is, a large shoe box size carton for a single spice jar?? It could easily go in a safe padded Jiffy bag. It’s such a waste it detracts from the joy of the product.

The taste of the delicious products produced is beyond heaven. Clearly made with the best ingredients the mayonnaise and mustard are sublime, gorgeous and well leaves you wanting more.
It says to get the best you pay for it and although not astronomical these products are a tad expensive but I understand why. So I treat myself every so often as they are like a secret addiction leaves you wanting more!

A bit disappointing given the price. The mustard had a lovely taste but was more like a honey and mustard dressing. The ultimate mayo was absolutely nothing to write home about. A waste of money - couldn’t taste the truffle. I bought several jars for Xmas presents as well as some for myself but won’t buy again.
