I am very disappointed with how complicated the online cancellation process is. The recurring order system is very poorly designed. Customers don’t even know if they like the product yet, so subscriptions should not be automatic. This system only makes life more complicated.

On top of that, I can’t even cancel or remove my credit card details. The issue is not easy to fix online, which is extremely frustrating. While I like the product itself, I really don’t appreciate money being taken from my bank without proper control or the ability to manage my account independently. This is very upsetting, and for that reason, I won’t consider buying this product again.

Poor form from whoever is misrepresenting your brand on your IG platform.
Firstly, don’t tell me I’m suppressing my people using your ‘business’ page, highly unprofessional considering all your products are imported from China hun, come say it to my face directly instead of hiding behind your page all the way down there in Sydney, I guarantee you wouldn’t say it to my face doll. Poor representation of your company.

I have used many different brands of Creatine before, but nothing as good as Tropeka. I could never drink it with water alone, I always had to mix it with my smoothie etc, that’s until I tried Tropeka creatine. Not gritty at all and I definitely feel the change in my body since using it. I highly recommend this product.

I purchased the Tropeaka vanilla protein powder from Coles - never again. Its sooo chalky!!! I've tried blending it with fruit, letting it sit overnight in Greek yoghurt and it just doesn't go away. Its like eating flour! And there is no flavour. I might just throw it out.

I was overseas when my first order was due to arrive. Unfortunately the delivery day came and went and my house sitter said that nothing had been delivered. Upon contacting both Australia Post and Tropeaka it turned out that the delivery was to the wrong address. A representative at Tropeaka immediately responded to my notice that I hadn't received the parcel and was quite helpful in my tracking it and getting it delivered to my door.

I’ve ordered from Tropeaka many times. I love the protein powders best and currently have the candy banana which is really delicious. I sometimes add a frozen banana and turmeric and it’s AMAZING!

I have tried many WPI, plant protein, and meal replacement products from different brands, but many of them caused bloating issues for me. I then started looking into FODMAP-certified brands, which were gentler on my stomach, but they didn’t give me the same hunger control or satisfaction that Tropeaka does.
I would highly recommend anyone to try it. I aIso got my neighbor into it. I have it every day and even pack it with me when I’m on holiday.

I have a lot of food sensitivities, one of them being pea proteins that are used in many protein bars, vegan proteins and so called 'healthy' foods. I accidentally ordered Tropeaka's protein powder without realizing there was pea protein in there. I decided to try it anyway, thinking maybe my body wouldn't react as this is made in Australia and not with all the toxic US processing. I'm glad to report I have not had any negative reactions to their protein. So far I've tried the latte protein powder, which is delicious, and I'm even more thrilled to know that I'm putting something in my body that is truly clean. Thank you Tropeaka! We need companies like you selling clean products to the USA!

I've been using Tropeaka's protein powder & creatine & I love them both, they feel super clean in my body. The service is amazing & would recommend these products without hesitation.

Tropeaka despatched my first order very quickly and both items I ordered arrived prior to the estimated date.
The meal shake is very tasty and easy to prepare. I use my stick blender to mix it as this creates a slightly thicker blend. However, the shaker works well if necessary.
The 2nd item I ordered was the creatine monohydrate. This also has a very nice flavour and is easily mixed and consumed when required.
I am very happy to recommend Tropeaka to everyone. In fact I have already placed my next order for the meal shakes.

I received the protein + collagen powder in rich double chocolate flavour and I have to say it tasted delicious. I mixed it with almond milk and have also since had it with oat milk and it tastes great with both. The texture is creamy and there is no weird aftertaste. It’s also just the right amount of sweetness. I will definitely be purchasing this product again.

I’ve been using the creatine and meal replacement shakes and can’t fault them. The shakes taste great and don’t bloat me and neither does the creatine.

Disappointed to read on the packaging " produced in China" As they sell themselves as proudly Australian.
Havent noticed any difference with the Creatine and im at least one month in. Have just ordered Spirulina , sadly also produced in China . Jury is out ! MADE IN CHINA . Packaged in Australia.

Incomplete order UPDATE 11/01/26:
A Customer Support person made contact through a live chat, they investigated in "real time" and have confirmed a replacement bundle for the missing 3 pack bundle will be delivered. The Support member, sent an apology relating to the error in delivery. I am happy to receive the commitment to have the Creatine bundle delivered, with a related refund to support my frustration through the process. The product I am using is great, taste, product quality, etc. I am keen to support an Aussie company.
Real time communication has resolved my concerns, all be it's taken a number of chats, emails to the support team, & a Bot since the initial rejection email from the company. I have changed my rating to 4 stars, as the delivery issue has been addressed and I am very happy with the product.

ORIGINAL EXPERIENCE: I've been charged $139.20 for 3 bags of Creatine. The order is incomplete as the 3-pack bundle was not part of the delivery. I've sent three emails so far, next stop Consumer affairs complaint. No one from support team is responding to my emails.
I have been ripped off by an Aussie company, very disappointing!
