Worst protein powder I have ever tried! I bought the Vanilla Protein Powder and it’s really chalky. I tried blending it with different plant based milks and juices and it was like eating flour. Terrible taste and texture and completely overpriced. Will not buy again. Save your money and buy any other product!

I have been taking the hair complex and my sister recently asked me what I was doing differently with my hair. Even my hairdresser has noticed lots of new growth.

Tropeaka creatine monohydrate is fine ground, smooth and easy to drink just with water. It’s not gritty or like drinking sand in the way some other brands are. And it actually works! With regular use, I feel much less muscle soreness after a gym session and recover faster. Service from the sales team is prompt and professional.

Great products - very easy to use and taste great - I add the meal shakes to my yoghurt in the morning. - the protein water still tastes great with more water than recommended which is great as I am able to increase my water intake whilst still getting my protein

I have heard a lot about creatine's importance for not only strength building, but also for cognition as we age. I am a 68 year old gym junkie, so I thought I should give it a go.
