Bought some organic matcha tea powder from TROPEAKA recently and it’s gritty, bitter, sour and vile even if I add sugar to it. They classify it as premium A…. It’s really not, it’s worse than Cole’s brand, it’s worse than baking quality matcha. Disgusting taste

I recently ordered from Tropeaka, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The products themselves aren’t bad, but for the price, I expected much better value for money. The quality didn’t seem to match up with the premium price tag. On top of that, the delivery took far too long—way longer than the estimated time. I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but instead, I had to wait well beyond what was promised. Overall, I’m not impressed and won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

Had no problems with delivery. I have the meal replacement and protein collagen drink. Both taste good. If it's too gluggy don't put as much in and drink it straight away, don't let it sit. Overall as good a product as any of the others but I prefer the taste of these.

Postage times are ridiculous. Took nearly four weeks to get my first order. They blamed the black friday sale but oddly enough, are continuing to advertise more sales since. So obviously stock isn't an issue. Should have used my usual Blackbelt or Bulk Nutrients. At least they are reliable.

Bought the large packet of Vanilla Meal shake, I'm not enjoying the taste at all and the smell turns me off it. I've tried it with just water, and with yoghurt/fruit but still has a horrible taste. The blender isn't great either, my stick blender does a better job.

Good customer service, and communication from company. Yes they offer a 30 day money back guarantee, However I stand by my original review of the product itself.
I tried meal replacement shakes, the shipping takes ages, to get to NZ.The chocolate shake flavor is very bland, and the powder is very clumpy, you have to bang it to get the powder out which makes a mess, and the shake is very thick and gluggy, and doesn't mix well.

The plus side is that it hasn't upset my stomach and it does keep me full.

Personally i found it to taste horrible and so thick it doesn’t mix just by shaking. Bought the meal replacement in vanilla, chocolate and butterscotch caramel. Vanilla tastes like off yoghurt. Chocolate is bearable to drink. Butterscotch caramel tastes like burnt food. Powder is very thick and wet like. Goes very lumpy. To get a smooth mix I need to use my stick blender. Also need at least 500ml of water or it is like a paste. Will not buy again. Very dissapointing.

Easy purchase and most importantly as far as protein and collagen products go these are fabulous. It’s powders but textures are smooth and delicious. The beauty custards are soo good I have them as a treat or dessert pretty much every day!

I have used many protein and collagen supplements and none as good as Tropeaka. There is no bloated feeling, no bad aftertaste, no smell in the shaker and best of all, no more sugar cravings. Highly reccommend this product 10/10.

Great product! Love the flavours! No unpleasant after taste. My personal favour is cafe mocha latte!! But loving all flavours. Fast delivery too.

Tropeka protein & collagen powder (Vanilla) is an absolutely outstanding product. I was hesitant purchasing yet another protein & collagen powder after trialling so many others and not enjoying the taste or consistency. The Tropeka blend lived up to every bit of advertising. There was no nasty aftertaste, my nails and hair benefitef greatly from it and the powder blended beautifully in water (no lumpy consistency!!). I would highly recommend this product.

Only one use and it doesn’t charge anymore … waste of money l am better off getting a Kmart one

Don't bother with the portable blender. Great whilst it lasted - less than a year & then stopped charging. Only 6 month warranty. Get a cheap one from kmart. It'll probably last longer

I have been a loyal consumer of Tropeaka since 2021, what makes Tropeaka stand out is it's great flavour and nutritional value - I have had a lot of trial and error with other protein powders and Tropeaka is the one I always go back to. The powder is too sweet and is easy to digest and easy on the stomach, it mixes well and also meets my protein goals - no other brand compares to Tropeaka for me! :)

I just love the taste and goodness of the Lean Protein and will definitely start trying some of their other products. Tropeaka makes ordering their products so easy and extremely prompt delivery. My only wish would be availability of sample sized products to purchase.
