WARNING Do Not Order Any Flights From Them!!!! I haven’t had such poor customer service from a “business” I believe this is a scam and I will be reporting them to the BBB! I booked a flight last night and received a phone call saying my flight going is fine but returning I have to pay $300 more dollars for.

Cuando compre mi boleto después que lo pago le llamaron que tenia q volver a pagar otra cantidad pq no habían asientos según ellos el vuelo se atraso 1 hora estuve comunicacandome para q me dieron tambn el número de asiento el cual me respondieron muy tarde

I book a round trip with them. Going to the destination went smoothly. I sent several requests asking for our return confirmation info which I was told that we would receive 24 hours pre-departure. I contacted them again 1 day prior to departure and was told I would have the info in 4-6 hours. Needless to say we never received our return confirmation. Upon arriving at the airport we were told our flights were cancelled due to potential fraud and that I would have to purchase using a credit card with my name on it. When I booked the flight I used my card and was billed for it so I asked the agent to show me and my card was not used! However, there were 5-6 other cards that were used and none of them matched my name or card number (the amount charged was also higher than my original round trip ticket price). This alerted the airline and they cancelled our flights leaving us to pay another $971 to get home! Run away DO NOT become a victim.

Esta agencia Jet Blue le hizo un rembolso de mi vuelo el cual me dijeron que tenía un crédito de $289.98 El cual llamas para comprar un boleto y el teléfono lo tienen fuera de servicio. Son una estafa

Hola llame a jet blue porque me dijeron que viajo con esa aerolínea pero jet blue dice que no tengo ninguna reserva.
Y tomaron el doble del costo del viaje de la targeta de mi esposo.
Y aun nada de información no ticket no nada.

They are a scam they stole 900 dollars from me and they disappeared.

Una compañía basura, esto es un scam no se como ponen buenos comentarios para engañar a la gente, no compren vuelos ahí por favor para que no los engañen como a mi

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM. CEBAN AND CHANGE THE RESERVATIONS AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL FIND YOURSELF ON THE DAY OF THE TRIP WITHOUT CONFIRMED AIRLINE TICKETS HAVING TO MAKE OTHER LAST-MINUTE ARRANGEMENTS AT MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE RATES.

IN ADDITION TO HAVING ZERO OR FEW CHANCES OF GETTING A TRAVEL REFUND FOR THE MONEY PAID TO THEM IN THE INITIAL "FLIGHT RESERVATIONS"

Their advertised cheapest rates are too good to be true, since they only hook you to lose your money for them and then you find yourself without valid plane tickets on the day of the trip. Save yourself frustrations and headaches and lost money using this company.

I would also suspect that ANY "positive" review regarding this company is published by the company itself as a deterrent to scam business practices that they know are participating in

Son unos estafadores, no compren vuelos con ellos y si lo hacen cancelen todo lo que usaron con ellos, porque seguirán haciendo transferencias indebidas porque ya tienen la información, ladronazos… me vienen a llamar por whatssapp diciendo que el vuelo está más caro, oyeeee eso dique por whatssapp 😐 que entidad que se respeta hace eso?
