A Repugnant Organization and Their Unethical Business Practices
I had reserved 5 tickets, including 4 round-trip tickets, to take my son to college in Tampa, marking a significant and memorable milestone in our family's journey.
When I booked this trip just 18 hours before our flight, I received a call informing me that our reservation had been canceled due to the flight being overbooked. They explained that the only available flights would cost an additional $400. Since they already had my money, I had no choice but to pay the extra amount. However, within two hours, they called again to inform me that this new flight was also overbooked, and they arranged another one with different timings and a departure from a different airport, adding the inconvenience of arranging transportation to this new location. To my dismay, just an hour later, they informed me that I couldn’t be accommodated on that flight either, despite their initial assurances. Eventually, they booked me on flights departing from Islip Long Island to Orlando, only to change my return flight while I was in Tampa. The new return route was from Orlando to JFK, which is about 55 miles away from where I had initially arranged parking. As a result, I had to incur an additional $255 for an Uber ride to retrieve my car, for which parking had already been prepaid.
Furthermore, I had previously paid a $150 baggage fee for my departing flight to Florida. However, the new alternative flight arranged by their team did not account for this charge in the booking. As a result, I was forced to pay an extra $120 baggage fee to JetBlue.
These individuals are deceitful and untrustworthy, and they have no place operating a business.
Steer clear of them! Consider this your warning!

Indeed, I have filed a report against them with the Better Business Bureau.

They told me I would receive my tickets and confirmation 48 hours before flight. I didn’t receive it and I called them they told me I would get it that night. Never got it. Called them at night and they said I will receive it in the morning. I called spirit in the morning and they said my ticket was canceled due to lack of payment. Then they told me I would be on a different flight for the same days but I never received boarding passes or tickets.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY or any company like it. I’ve been notified that they have been active hacking my account.
A few days ago I purchased a ticket for $104, then received an email that my transaction didn’t go through & now the ticket was priced nigher. I received an email saying that they’re been calling me which never happened. I called them @ 888.768.0727 & it felt very weird with lots of unrelated noises in the background. Their phone calls were disjointed & felt scammy which I informed them.
During my final call I declined paying the higher fee & told them to cancel my original ticket & send me a confirmation. Before I wrote this today I received a bank alert that declined $1277, then several smaller purchases from Wendy’s. airfare from JetBlue, then several smaller purchases from Wendy’s in Cedar Hill & the Dollar Tree, .May all parties involved be prosecuted to the full extent of the law & May all of their money be frozen & returned back to the rightful owners. Jail will be their homes.
Their site says they are located in Texas, but I believe it’s a front.
My bank has been declining unauthorized purchases back to back ever since I tried to purchase a plane ticket. I would post the email I received if there was a place to upload. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. REPORT THEM.

You get lured with low price and once you pay for your booking, they contact you to say the reservation is only available at a higher price, and you need to pay more to keep your reservation. Nope, not using this again.

Es la peor porquería de red de ESTAFADORES, tengan cuidado y no se dejen engañar de estas ratas. Su modus operandi es el siguiente, te ofertan vuelos muy atractivos hasta que haces la reserva, una vez registras el pago te llega una llamada de ellos, PERO SIEMPRE LLAMAN, a decirte que no hay disponibilidad de asientos en el avión y que el mismo vuelo tiene asientos en una clase mayor y tienen que cancelar la diferencia, te mandan un correo para que confirmes el pago (un correo todo tránsfugo que llega a Spam para variar, nada profesional) y confirmas el pago y te dicen que los tickets de vuelo te llegarán 24 h antes del vuelo, lo cual nunca pasa. Porque ya te hicieron la estafa entonces ya se lavan las manos, son una red de estafadores grande porque operan desde varias líneas de teléfono e incluso te llaman por WHATSAPP, te pregunto ¿qué empresa “profesional” te llama a tu WhatsApp personal para decirte que ya no hay asientos disponibles? JA, JA, ni los mínimos detalles para estafar los han tomado en cuenta.

Yes I have to confirm it. I have booked flight, then they contacted me by email. Their line was always busy. I have talked to an agent with number from Puerto Rico. I paid the flight. I have contacted Jetblue then, because I never received confirmation code. And JetBlue did not find any reservation in my name.

RECERVE UN VUELO CON ELLOS, EL DIA DEL VUELO NO HABIAN HECHO LA RECERVA, ME TOCO COMPRAR EL VUELO DIRECTO EN LA AEROLINEA, LUEGO ME LLAMARON PIDIENDO DISCULPAS QUE MI DINERO SERIA REENVOLSADO Y AUN NO ME LO PAGAN, CADA VEZ QUE LLAMO TIENEN UNA HISTORIA DIFERENTE. SON UNOS LADRONES

Whether your experience with this company has been GOOD or BAD, please understand that they now have access to your credit card information and your card is now compromised. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BANK AND CHANGE YOUR CARD. I loss approximately $240 for a one way flight that was canceled and the money refunded to one Carlos and approximately 6 months after they began using my card in their travel business. Numerous flights were booked with the card. There were both debits and credits but the former
obviously exceeded the latter. THESE SCAMMERS NEED TO BE CAUGHT AND THEIR ENTERPRISE DECOMMISSIONED.

Don’t trust or use this company. They claim your flight is confirmed through their website and will contact you within 24hours with confirmation with the airline. Did not hear back from them so I attempted to call multiple times until someone answered and said the flight won’t be confirmed with the airline until 24hrs PRIOR to the actual flight?! They also claimed that the return flight had no seats avaiable (although they don’t have confirmation with the actual airline?) and that if I wanted I could switch to another flight with the same airline for an added fees. Oh and I can’t cancel the reservation unless I pay a cancellation fee even though nothing is confirmed with the airline. It’s actually ridiculous.
Also some of the rudest people ever. Two “agents” hang up on me after telling them multiple times that I have no confirmation of these flights and so the extra fees don’t make sense.
Avoid them at all costs.
Will be reporting them for fraud.

I booked a flight through their page that gave me a low price, they contacted me shortly to say that price wasnt the correct one that it was wrong and i had to pay more..so i did, they didnt resolve my reservation that day, they simply stopped communication until they next day when they attempted to charge me more than what they already changed from the original price on the website. Once i payed and received confirmation of payment and booking, my travel day came and once i attempted to check in...i had no flights and no reservation..left with no choice of travel, prices were now double and i lost a day of my vacation, lost hotel money, lost cab fair and other expenses ...i was helped via email, they never answer a phone or responded on time, they kept bouncing me from person to person and had me worried for hours...i would not book with this agency , they have bad organisation and poor work ethics.

I booked a flight for a friend. While searching for deals I found this site. I booked a round trip and received no confirmation code. The following day I was emailed by the company telling me that I had to pay more money for the return ticket. I was assured that I would receive my confirmation after paying. After paying I received another email stating that I would receive my confirmation 24 hours before the flight.

In all my years of booking flights I have never experienced this. I am worried that my friend may turnup at the airport and have no ticket. The flight date is in a few days, so I will come back and share my experience.
Now that my travel date has passed, I can share what happened.
I received the email with the confirmation code within 24 hours, however, when I tried to check my friend on the flight I got an error message. I called the airline and they said the flight was canceled and the points placed in a travel bank with a male's name. After that I was sent another confirmation code, but when my friend got to the airport she had to buy a one way ticket for over $600. When she was returning it was the same thing. They sent me an email after to say I will get my money back, so I am waiting to see it on my card.
The long and short of the matter is, DO NOT use these people to book ticket, you will be left stranded and confused and also, this will cost you more in the long run.

They were quick to handle any inconveniences that came our way while flying !
