Our requirement wasn't a full removal service as we had already moved to our new home but we needed heavy furniture and mirrors to be moved downstairs a few weeks after we had moved in. The job was handled efficiently, the men were careful and polite. I would definitely recommend A. H. Tripp.

Incredible professional from start to finish. I had only two weeks to arrange a moving company with a quick exchange to completion timeline. Tripp went out of their way to support the packing and move. Everything was packed meticulously and swiftly, enabling me to tidy up. On the day of completion, we were out of my home before lunchtime. A super experience and I highly recommend them.

Crew were punctual and very polite. Just had two packers to start with and they were very caring. Had to unload to a first floor and two more joined them to help. All completed quickly and very efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Its very stressful moving home, but the Tripps team were very helpful throughout the process. We had to go into storage for a month then move to our new home, effectively moving twice! We used Tripp to help to move my elderly father from the family home he and mum had shared for 57 years. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The team packing and moving dad were fantastic, really engaging with him and making sure he had everything in place he needed. Very good service, as others have described. This was a relatively simple move as there was no onward or backward chain, but the removers were unfailingly patient and pleasant. Everything went without any issues at all, which is exactly what you want!

We moved house in November. Tripps we’re excellent. Dave and his team were brilliant - worked really hard to make sure it went smoothly. Even when we had a ‘key delay’ due to the time taken to transfer funds the team made sure we were able to get it and unpacked enough to have a comfortable night.
When we’d unpacked everything we thought we’d lost something so I spoke to Josey in the office who was very helpful. We actually found what we thought was missing (it was in a bag we hadn’t opened!) - so our fault for not looking properly!

A representative from Tripps came out to give a quote even though we had no removal date. Clear and concise to different services on offer and prices. When removal day arrived they were at the house on time, Ben and his crew were professional, helpful and respectful. They packed breakables and soft furnishings quickly and efficiently. At our new home they distributed our belonging to the correct rooms with the same professionalism. Other family members have used their services before and we all agreed a great company to us. Would highly recommend.

I phoned and requested a removal quote, they fixed a date for a representative to visit a few days later even though I did not have a moving date. The representative arrived on time, and E-mailed a quote 2 days later. The price was within the range that the Internet suggested. Communications were good all the way through. when I had a moving date they confirmed their availability and I paid. The price I paid included packing materials, insurance. There were options for them to pack which I declined.

On the day arrival was given as 0800-0900. they arrived at 0830, it was a bitterly cold day but dry. Paul, Ash & Callum got stuck in and the house, garage, garden and shed were all on the truck within 2.5 hours. we were amazed as it was a 3 bedroom house. we were advised completion of our sale had taken place at 1000 and that completion of our purchase had taken place at 1100. our new property was only 10 miles away. by the time we had picked up the keys, the truck had arrived, the seller was just finishing taking their last items and the whole truck was unloaded by 1400.
We have not found any breakages 2 days on. The crew were brilliant, no grumbling if we changed our mind on where things were going even though it was still below zero.
