Friendly, fun, professional, fast & their accuracy & care was greatly appreciated for this big relocation for our young family. We were more than satisfied with West Cornwall Removals, they were reassuring, flexible and accommodating from the start. The guys did an absolutely magnificent job and really made the whole move as stress free as possible for us. All of our house contents were safely transported several hundred miles and into storage, without us needing to be there and with excellent communication from the team. The guys were polite, friendly and considerate throughout. Our belongings were carefully handled, loaded and packed into the storage unit most professionally. We were so pleased we chose them and would not hesitate in recommending West Cornwall Removals.

We used this company recently for our move from Cornwall to Somerset. From the quotation process to the move everything went very smoothly. All the staff are professional, helpful and friendly. The date of our move kept being changed but this was never an issue. Contact was easy via phone or email. The day of the move everything went well, our items were packed well and in a timely manner, and the next day once we got our keys the van was waiting for us outside the house and everything was unpacked very quickly. I would definitely recommend.

From the quote visit, to storing my items at their warehouse (secure and air-conditioned), to delivery in my new country, everything was well communicated by text, email and WhatsApp. They dealt with Customs for me and met me with a smile when unloading all my items. We had a fantastic service from West Cornwall Removals. They moved the contents from a two-bed flat from Falmouth down to Stansted and made the process totally easy.

Really kind, helpful and pleasant people to collect and pack the van, and the items were so neatly laid out when we arrived at the Stansted storage unit a few days later.

We recently used West Cornwall Removals for our move, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the whole experience was professional, efficient and completely stress-free.

A special thank you to Tyler, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. His communication was excellent from the very beginning, keeping us informed every step of the way and always responding quickly to any questions we had. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

The whole team worked incredibly hard, treated all of our belongings with care, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly where we wanted it.

Used this company to remove and store our possessions for a short time and to deliver them to our new home. The initial removal and the storage was fine.
However the delivery out of storage to our new home was not good. They failed to secure our furniture and possessions properly for the 400 mile trip and consequently everything was thrown around in the lorry. Lots of damage was caused and lots of upset and stress for us.
The only thing we got from them was an insurance claim form, and that was it.
Their insurance requires quotes for damages to be repaired, and unsalvagesble items must be retained for inspection.
When you’ve just moved it’s already a stressful time. It’s not acceptable that you have the added stress and expense at a time like this. We certainly didn’t expect that they would be so negligent and careless.
They were very dismissive of our upset and one comment was “it’s just scuffs”.
Don’t use this company.. they cannot be trusted to be respectful towards your belongings and it seems they don’t care.
Unfortunately for us we paid upfront. If we hadn’t done that we certainly wouldn’t have paid the fee for removal out of store to our new house.
