Zoom meeting very helpful.
Chris White met with us on Zoom, which worked very well. He was clear with his information and helpful. His manner was friendly and knowing that we only wanted LPA's, he did not push other services. Just 2 suggestions. Trinity do not now offer the "documents only" service, but this is still on their adverts on Facebook. Perhaps also these should mention a £95 deposit which is payable on the first meeting, meaning an instant decision, which might fluster some folk. But generally a good start to the process.

Made adulting easy
Every member of staff we spoke to was friendly and professional. They took the time to explain concepts and phrases that were new to us in easy to understand ways, and gave us lots of different options to choose from in terms of cover based on our needs and financial situation. Cannot fault them at all- every single step was a pleasure to do business with them.
It was also so refreshing and nice to hear them express their faith naturally within our conversations and I am sure they are able to be a wonderful witness to so many.

These folks wrote up what I thought was a simple will, but turned out I added a few complications. They were patient, professional and so very helpful. Their price was reasonable and they followed through well. When they were not as timely as I thought they said they would be, they followed up immediately, rectified errors, and got right on the job. I can honestly say I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a simple will, at a reasonable price.
If you don't have a will, do your family and friends a BIG favour and get it done! These folks will walk you through it and make it as easy as possible. Peace of mind is worth an hour of your time and the cost of a nice dinner out.
