As along term renter, this is my second issue with my landlord, who has become very rude and impolite. He does not listen to my messages and does not answer phone calls. I was desperate to get help.
Thankfully, I found Tenant Angels via Google. They are incredibly encouraging and caring, while also being highly professional and knowledgeable in handling tenants' legal issues.
Thanks to there expertise and support, l received the help l needed.
In addition, they are very respectful and considerate. They truly are "angels" doing important work. I highly recommend Tenant Angels to anyone who needs support in dealing with rogue landlords or letting agents.

This review has been written following a pro-tenant post that we published on Facebook in reference to the Renters' Rights Act and 'some' landlords reaction. We have since removed this post due to the nature of the reactions/comments shared by some landlords.
We don’t take a view on all landlords - many do things properly - but we will always stand up for tenants where the law hasn’t been followed.
