Customer service was excellent. Very helpful and considerate. I was able to try on a different range of wigs, and not rushed into a decision.

Always a lovely visit to Aderans, Penny Lane, Liverpool ( Wiggins’s). Donna And colleagues are without exception warm and friendly professionals who provide sensitive and honest advice when it comes to buying a wig. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Visits to Aderans, Orchard Brae House, Edinburgh are always a pleasure. The staff are very welcoming and professional at all times. My stylist Lorna, was excellent too! Lorna made me feel at ease, took time to listen and help me select new hairstyles. Aderans Edinburgh premises and the staff who work there promote a very calming, caring and happy ethos. This is very important to me as a regular visitor to Aderans, Edinburgh. Thank you to, Lorna and the staff who work there !

Catherine was excellent and the salon area was very clean and modern. All the staff were friendly during my appointment.

As always I was warmly welcomed and treated kindly and supportively. The staff in the Edinburgh branch cannot be faulted. From confirmation that they have my prescription through order delivery and then fitting the service they provide is first class.

As always Julie & her team made me (and my dog) feel totally relaxed. Julie discussed styles and length and listened to what I wanted. She’s always encouraging about coming back to have styles tweaked if you change your mind.

Lovely premises and staff. I felt that Lorna took a lot of time to go over my options and to make sure that I went away with the correct product, without any attempts to upsell or pressure me to buy. She was very patient and gave lots of practical tips. So glad I visited and delighted with the product that I came home with.

I purchased my first real hair wig from the Nottingham salon and the lovely Helen cut and styled it for me. My confidence has rocketed after I had so many lovely comments from my family and friends. I totally look a different person !
