I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish, every interaction I’ve had with them has been excellent.

Buying a wig can feel quite daunting, but they made the whole experience so much easier and more positive.

Debbie, who helped me try on different wigs, was absolutely lovely. She was kind, very helpful and really knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the appointment.

Alexis, the owner, was also fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, and he really went above and beyond to help. He is knowledgeable, professional and clearly cares about giving people a great experience.

A genuinely lovely company run by good people. I’m very grateful for the help I received and would happily recommend them to anyone needing their services.

From the first moment I called and spoke to Alexis, I was put at ease. This was my first foray into wig wearing (having previously tried toppers on my very thin and fragile hair). Jo called me back to book the appointment which was followed up in email and I was asked to send pictures of wigs I liked, which I did (oh.. way too many)!
I attended my consultation and what a delight - a whole selection of wigs to try and there was no rush to make any decisions and I got some really good advice from Amie.
I left with two wigs (wearing one as I walked out), a lot of advice about how to fit them and how to look after them.
At no point was I rushed to make a decision and even had advice on the wig I'd bought before the consultation on how to make it fit better!
The whole process was a breeze, I was immediately put at ease, nothing was too much bother and so reassuring! If you are new to wigs (or even a seasoned wig wearer) then I can't recommend the Wigs Boutique enough, thank you!

This company is amazing, I was struggling to find the right colour for a wig as being a red head was a nightmare. I spoke to Alexis who was so helpful and understanding and he suggested sending in a photo and Jo would have a look and match the colour for me. My wig arrived the next working day as promised and the colour was absolutely perfect. They have given me back my confidence to get out and about again and I have received so many comments on how nice my hair looks.

Wow! Such amazing service! I needed a specific wig in a hurry for an occasion with relatively short notice, and I had tried two other UK companies who just told me it was out of stock in the UK. I then spoke to a really helpful man at Wigs Boutique, who went all out to help me. Not only was the wig very good value compared to other companies, but it arrived three days ahead of the day I needed it. Thank you so much, Wigs Boutique - I am a convert!

The staff on the phone are extremely helpful and listen to what you ask.
I placed my first order and it arrived promptly. It was nicely packaged.
Upon opening I realised I had made a big mistake with my order. I had ordered the Noriko Sky instead of the Ellen Wille Sky.
I phoned straight away to explain my error. The lady who answered the phone was so kind and sympathetic.
I was allowed to return the wig for a refund free of charge.
I will most certainly order again and I would recommend 10 Star if I could. xx

I purchased my Stop Traffic wig Raquel welch roughly 3 weeks ago around 10th June back and wasn’t sure of the colour so l called and the lady I spoke to helped me choose the right colour from what I told her and when it arrived it was perfect so thank you very much for your help. Fantastic product

I have been losing my hair and visited a wig fitting service local to me and the service was poor. I then tried a bespoke topper and it was a very expensive mistake. I was giving up hope that I would be able to find someone who could help. I found Wigs boutique and read all the reviews then made my appointment. The hour I spent with Amie, had put my fears to rest. As she expertly applied her knowledge and skill in finding the best wig for me. I had not even had this level of service from the very expensive bespoke wig company in Banbury. Amie took note of eveything that I was hoping to achieve from a wig and we tried different options. I am quite new to Topper wearing , struggle with the colour matching, purchased from Wig Boutique several times , had to return then re order as I couldn't get my colour correct, They are so professional they even include a pre paid returns label, understanding how difficult it can be. Alexis and Claire both telephoned me helping me and finally I tried Honey Ginger which Clare had suggested earlier, I now have 2 a wavy and straight, I am so happy I used Wig Boutique, I recommend whole heartedly this company.. 10 STARS

Really super service that I would highly recommend. Amie is lovely, intuitive and is an expert in wig fitting as well as being a fantastic hairdresser. She will make you feel welcome and reassured, and will go the extra mile to find something that works for you.

I would like to say a huge thank you for the team! I purchased my first hair in my life (I’d like to call them hair, when you pull a wig on, it becomes your hair, anyway). After having done my research, I knew what I was looking for. Claire responded my email immediately and when I bought my RW Editor’s pick, they literally dispatched it the next day and then afterwards it arrived. Magic, within three days. The details, of course , how a person would style her hair would come after the arrival but I must tell you guys, their costumer service was amazing. I was also insecure if even the company was legit. However, a year ago I was planning a trip to Bath where they have one of their salons and I even had an appointment (then Covid came), - so, let me tell you, they are legit, they are very helpful, they are quick. I’m very grateful that I have found my UK hair-support-online-source. Thank you, again!

Purchasing my first wig from Wigs Boutique was an excellent, hassle free experience. I ordered online choosing standard 7/10 day delivery less than 2 weeks before Christmas! (silly me was just not thinking!) On day seven (one week before Christmas Day I contacted WB to enquire about progress of order to be advised that my choice of RW Winner wig was out of stock but expecting their delivery on the Monday before Christmas Day (Friday). On the Tuesday pm I received call from Claire advising they had received my wig and were dispatching it immediately with Royal Mail special delivery at no extra charge in order for it to reach me for Christmas. Thank you so much Claire for pulling out all stops. I received my wig 2 days before Christmas in excellent discreet packaging. I am thrilled with the quality and my colour choice of the Rachel Welch Winner wig and my next wig purchase will definitely be with Wigs Boutique. Highly recommend 👍👍

I cannot thanks WigsUk for their prompt service. Phoned and spoke to a adviser on Thursday 10th September at about 2pm enquiring if a wig was in stock, was advised it wasn’t but if I would like to Hold on she would ring supplier to see if they had it in stock, was advised in stock and that it would be sent directly to me and I would receive Saturday 12th. Less than 20 minutes late adviser rang me back and informed me wig would be sent direct to me from supplier and I would receive it the following day. Friday 11th September postman delivered my wig by 10am and it was fantastic. Cannot thank WigsUk for their prompt service.

I was dubious about buying a wig online as you can never guarantee what you're buying, but I've got to say that I'm delighted with this purchase! It is exactly as described online and the colour is identical.

I apparently have a small head so was worried that it would be too big as the are no size options, but the wig is completely adjustable.

The service was also fantastic and my emails were always answered within an hour!

Thank you so much, a wig sure beats wearing a scarf or hat during chemo!

The wig was made very well! The only issue I had with it is it did not have a lace front like it shows in the video and pictures. Other than that I
was very pleased.

I bought my second wig from Wig Boutique last week. As the first time, the service I received was excellent. The whole experience from start to finish was professional. I was treated with respect, Claire and Ally were very friendly and offered very good advice and help and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Although the salon is an hour and a half drive for me, I would happily drive here again for the great service provided. I would highly recommend!

I've had a great experience ordered over phone got next day delivery arrived and looks better then its advised im over the moon as the last couple of weeks ive ordered wigs that dont look nice with wigs boutique u get what u ordered.I will defo be ordering again as they sell descent wigs.

First came to Wigs Boutique when my mum-in-laws long standing favorite was discontinued and I scoured the web to try to find any remaining stock. None were to be found! But Claire at Wigs Boutique took the time to find similar styles so my mum-in-law felt comfortable with her choice, and we were pleased with their competitive pricing and warm customer service. We won't be looking anywhere else in the future. Highly recommended!
