Rang said they’d get back to me, emailed twice and no response. Very poor customer service - if they didn’t want to help me or if infact if was because they couldn’t help me then just say so.
I ordered an Artificial Tree on 31st May and had a few issues with Treesy Green to find out what was happening with delivery, etc as I had not received any information upon paying for it (I communicated via chat and email).
However I must say that the follow up I received from Alex was second to none. First he rang me to apologize for the lack of communication, he sent a follow up email with tracking information, he then texted to provide me with an update in relation to its movement through customs (I live in Ireland). The artificial tree arrived and its beautiful, totally worth the wait. Alex followed up with me a week later to verify I had received it and was happy with the tree. I had left on holidays the day after receiving it, thus the delay in updating this review.
After a slightly rocky start with communications I have to say that I will be using Treesy Green again when I am updating my back garden as the quality of the products are second to none.

Order 3 x panels due for delivery n Fri 3rd. I know this is only a small order but still an order no less. This was the last day of there 3-5day estimated delivery time. Managed to speak with a gentleman who told me was definitely out for delivery. I’m still yet to receive any panels Sent email, no response!. Called numerous times every day. No one answers the phone!. No one answers the live chat.! Weather I’ll get a response who knows. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Seems they have a habit of messing people around from previous reviews.

We are sorry you have had a poor experience with your order. As discussed earlier today we have tried to deliver your item 3 times already within the stated delivery timeframe but nobody has been at home. Due to the value of the items it is not our policy to leave them at the front door without a signature.

This has been the worst online experience I have had in a long time. I have waited weeks for my item and I’m still yet to receive it. The first time I called, I was told it would arrive the next day which was obviously a lie because it never did. I called numerous times after that and no one picked up my call.
I sent 3 emails asking for the tracking information for my item. I finally got a response stating that the latest date I would have my item is 28 December (today). It’s no surprise that I have still not received it. I also never received the tracking information (even though I asked 3 times!) so I’m very convinced it was never sent in the first place. I’ve never seen a store be secretive about delivery info! Worst of all, no one even apologised for the unexpected delays.
Very disappointed with this experience and will hopefully get a full refund very quickly. If not, I’ll be updating this review.

Not happy at all. Ordered and paid for an item, waited weeks for delivery and the wrong item was sent. Brought this to their attention and they said the correct item was being made and sent - another two weeks later and they tell me they don’t the actual item I bought. Clearly it wa snot a mistake that I was sent the wrong item, they were trying to get away with sending me something different to what I purchased hoping I wouldn’t notice.

Upon realizing the error, we immediately took steps to rectify the situation by having the correct item made and sent to you. However, we deeply regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, we are currently unable to produce the specific item you purchased. We understand how frustrating this must be for you, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this unexpected turn of events.
As you know we issued you a full refund and gifted you the item that had arrived in error which is not normally standard practice and I’m sure most retailers would go to the extent of asking you to waste more time packaging up and sending back an incorrect item.
