Overseas and needed help.
Chris from Travlock was absolutely amazing. Our flights from London to Dubai on Emirates had been delayed due to flooding in Dubai airport. Emirates was unable to let us know when flights would resume. I jumped online and Chris responded to my search for new flights with a different carrier immediately via WhatsApp. Chris had set us up with the new flights home to Australia within the hour. A pain free travel experience
After trying to find direct flights to Australia, this was the first travel company to help. They found me excellent value in the direction I wanted. Seats in Premium Economy in comfort and assistance at all three airports. I wasvery impressed that they found just what I needed at a decent price. They were friendly, helpful and respectful. I felt as though I was their only customer.

Last Friday I started searching for a package holiday to Barbados. After few disappointing searches and phone calls I was lucky enough to find Travlock.The travel agent who helped me to find the bespoke package holiday in Barbados was Chris.
