I booked a flight through Chris to travel from Washington DC to Istanbul and to Riyadh. I went into Turkish Airlines website yesterday 12/15 to manage my ticket and got the following message:
Your flight is disrupted due to operational reasons. You can change* or cancel your flight. Thank you for your understanding.
*You can change the flight free of charge one time only.
I had wanted to change my destination from Riyadh to Jeddah, so I called Turkish Airlines to confirm that I can make such a change. I was told the change was possible at no extra charge, but Chris would need to initiate the change. I called Chris and his response was that there was no disruption to my flight. I called Turkish Airlines again and again, and again, and each time, I was told that the information on their site was correct, and that Chris should make any changes I wanted, or cancel the ticket and give me a full refund, if that was what I wanted, as long as I made only ONE change. Chris' response was, "it's not going to happen." Then he went ahead and without my knowledge, made the only one change I was allowed, and reissued a new ticket for the same destination. This was after I had specifically text him to not make any changes to my ticket without my permission, and he had texted me back to say my original ticket still stood. In other words, he made sure that I did not take advantage of Turkish Airlines' offer that allowed me to change my ticket because of the airlines' own disruption. I do not know what the reason is, but I think this may have to do with his share of the ticket cost. Whatever it is, that is not the way a reliable business deals with customers.
In addition to being mean and deceptive, Chris is a rude and obstinate guy. I will not recommend anyone using Travlock Travel Agency.

Using Chris and Travlock to book our multiple flight trip not only stress free but also very cost effective.
Great airlines were booked for us with good flight times.
Chris was on hand from the original booking right up until departure answering all our questions and queries, nothing was ever any trouble.

Good experience with Travelok but unfortunately they don't know about hotel local taxes ..[city taxes ] otherwise they very helpful .

Chris was very helpful and guided me to the most suitable flights for my trip. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very courteous.This is the first time I have used Travlock but I wouldn’t hesitate to use it in the future.

The company was really easy to work with and booking was simple! I did think maybe too simple but it was a pleasure to have my trip booked with ease! I will use again.

I was sceptical, I've never booked flights through WhatsApp before but have to say it's been a fantastic experience. I'm currently in Hong Kong on my way to Melbourne to visit my son for his 30th birthday. I've never travelled anywhere on my own before. The team at Travlock, especially Nigel have been great.
