All was well When We booked our trip but due to covid was cancelled. We then asked for a refund and was told we need to take a RCN so accepted it as I was told that the date for it to turn in to a cash refund if not used by 31st of july. The RCN come through with the date 31st jan 2021. So Got in touch with angel to say it should have the 31st of July on it. She said that she would message the admin team to put me on the refund list. After not hearing anything for 4 weeks I rang back again and angel said she would email them to get in touch with me. Also trying my self numerous times email and calls. Waited again for about 4 weeks still nothing. Spoke to angel this saturday and she has again emailed them for me. Really don't know what your ment to do to get your money back for a trip that should have gone ahead April 24th.

Just changed my holiday to next year and Suzanne wa brilliant definitely book again

Very helpful service from Angel, rebooking holiday for me with change of destination from Mallorca to Corfu due to not being able to quarantine after holiday. Angel has gone above and beyond, recommending hotel but also quoting cheaper alternatives so no hard sell. Thank you so much - was determined not to lose all the money from pre-booked holiday, won't now as booked alternative destination. Thanks Angel - also used Travelsoon last year with very good service from Suzanne. Will book with company again.

Been waiting for a refund since APRIL and just keep getting told that I am on the list for a refund but they cannot give me a timescale. Angel was very helpful on the beginning, but very unhappy that I am still waiting for my refund over 3 months later.

Recently had my family holiday cancelled due to Covid. I was unsure if I wanted a refund or to re book. After many phone calls to Angel I decided to re book for later in the year. She was really helpful finding us a wheelchair friendly hotel as we have a disabled child. Will always use travel soon and Angel, she is a credit to the company

Booked our holiday earlier this year with angel 👼 had it cancelled due to Covid, angel has found us a lovey city break instead for our anniversary and we have had the remainder refunded. Amazing company and service xxx

Had my holiday cancelled with travel soon due to the Covid situation. I was told that I could have a voucher or choose a new holiday. I asked for a refund and was told 3 months, however this has been done in 6 weeks thank you Travelsoon and thank you Angel Can’t fault the service from Angel she is a absolute pleasure to speak to

Eventually got a refund without having to go through my credit card provider during the pandemic. Dont panic you will get a refund. Try and be patient I think this company
are trying their best. Its taken just over two months but received with thanks 👍

Had my holiday cancelled due to covid 19. I received a phone call from the lovely Angel. She went through all the procedures throughly and I decided to rebook for the sane dates in 2021. All was sorted over the phone at a great price. It was the first time using travelsoon and I would not hesitate to use them again. I have read previous reviews and from my experience they were first class. People just want to have a moan because of covid 19. It's not the companies fault they are just a pawn in the game. Thanks Angel will be booking again soon.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I just have to say how wonderful Angel has been in helping to sort things out for us. She has been fantastic. We were devastated that we weren’t able to take our holiday due to COVID 19 and really worried that we might lose our money. Thanks to Angel’s dedication and patience we have something to look forward to again and we have not lost a penny. I can’t praise her enough. 🙏

Our family holiday was recently cancelled due to covid, a lovely lady called Angel (we have dealt with her in the past) telephoned us and went through the different options that were available to us, a credit voucher, a full refund or to re book a new holiday. We decided to re book for later in the year. We are very fussy when booking our holiday, we gave her a long list of requirements.She gave us different destinations to look at, and prices. We always find her to be very helpful, efficient and patient and has Now re booked our perfect holiday. Thank you Angel.

The Fco have advised not to go to Spain or their Islands yet this company don't want you to excersise your right to section 25 that clearly states you have a right to cancel if the Foreign and Commonwealth Office advises against travel to your destination or its immediate vacinity, good luck with getting through to admin as I don't think they know how to pick up a phone, wouldn't book through these again.

Due to covid 19 we have had our flight cancelled and our hotel however thanks to Angel we have a new flight and hotel booked in no time and she was really helpful and supportive throughout the situation.

Utterly rubbish. Never use them. trying to rob me blind and I'm a key worker I have tried everything I can to get my money back due to COVID-19 and they still say nothing they can do. want more money to move my holiday when the offered it me free a week ago. don't care about there customers. and harass you when they want more money to move your holiday. customer safety doesn't come into consideration. I don't find its safe to fly neither does the FCO but they still want to you take that risk.

This company is a bunch of scammers there quick to take your money off you but when you want a refund there telling you u cant get one. Every single person i have spoken to from this company have been nothing but RUDE it’s disgraceful. I rang back in march due the current circumstances we wanted to cancel our holiday the girl was rude on the phone and told us someone will be in contact with us nearer the time of our holiday to give us our options now our holiday was meant to be in 1 weeks time and we still haven’t had any contact from them, i have been ringing the company for weeks on end and cant get threw to anyone i then got threw to someone yesterday who told us because we didn’t pay our full amount by may were not in titled to get any of our money back which i know i am because i use to work for a travel agency not to mention the lack of manners this girl had on the phone she even put the phone down on me, the customer service is appalling and i will definitely be telling everyone to stay away from this company

This company is so nice at the start when you want book A holiday with them and they want to collect your money, now it’s time for them to refund my money they are dragging their feet, they don’t answer calls, the sales staff are rude particularly a woman named Natalie no customer service, I have the right to have my money back I don’t understand how other travel companies have refunded the customers but yet this company is coming out with bogus excuses and sending out vouchers when I never asked or agreed to it and no one can let you know what is going on, WONT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE anytime soon it’s

A big credit to Suzanne from admin for helping out with our large holiday booking for our wedding in September this year. Since March I had been trying to change my dates to next year and to sort drop outs but I kept being told that they were waiting to get through to Jet2. I can understand that it has all been very busy times for them but maybe they should think about hiring more admin staff? Even just to drop customers an email every once in a while for an update so then customers won't have to keep ringing and pestering. If it was a normal holiday for me I wouldn't have worried as much but because I have a wedding and others to sort out it was a very stressful time for me as well.
Anyways, thanks again Suzanne you were very helpful and quick at getting back to me with the info I needed. The company needs more people like her!

Absolutely brilliant service, wanted to change my September booking to next year and great help, called me back when promised. Suzzana, apologies if spelt wrong was excellent, going through all options and great price when changing.

I too have a holiday that's been cancelled due to Covid 19 but the service,politeness and professionalism I received from Natalie was exceptional!!
Natalie explained in detail the options,explained why refunds take time to process which isn't straightforward, and because of that I could make an informed decision.
So all you negative ranters out there...take a chill pill.....and LISTEN!!!....before putting your ill informed mouths into motion before your brain's in gear.
