Can’t speak with regards to claims process as this was just booking insurance but it was good to speak directly with a lady called Jess and a gentleman called Steve Hole rather than just online with Go Compare.

I had insurance with this company a few years ago and was very satisfied, then they stopped offering it ( I never understood why) .While looking for a single trip cover and getting really expensive quotes ,even from my usual provider.
