Terrible company that do not sell…

Terrible company that do not sell policies which they state they cover
our passports were stolen just an hour before we were due to travel , there policy schedules quite clearly states they cover passport and holiday costs lost because of this
However once trying to claim all they could do us give us seven pounds nothing else

They are absolute liars and do not support whst they say they eill covet

Please make sure you never use them

Your claim and complaint have been reviewed by the insurer, and a Final Response Letter has been issued explaining the outcome and how the policy terms apply to your circumstances. This also includes details of your right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service if you’re still unhappy with the decision.
