Tour guide knowledgeable and personable and solicitous of our comfort. Driver was equally accommodating. Have no reservations about the quality of the day tour we arranged through Touriosity. They took thier basic 1/2 day tour with emphasis on Gaudi and added to it two other architecture works and the new botanical garden to customize a day tour for my small group of 3 people.

Through Touriocity we booked a day out in the Atlas Mountains, Marrakesh. We were collected from our hotel and spend a relaxed day being shown the best of the mountain views, the local village and even had a local guide show us through his village and lunch cooked in his home, which was delicious. It was a private tour, very well executed and valued compared to what we were offered by our hotel. The high light was the lunch we enjoyed in the private home. We had two guides during our day, our driver Ali, who was friendly and fun and Omar showed us his village and again he was easy company and very informative. If you are visiting Marrakesh, highly recommend a day out of the madness of the Medina and the Atlas Mountains offer both lovely scenery but also an insight into the history and local life of morocco.

We had a great time on this Touriocity walk around Prague. I got to see where Kafka was educated back in the early 20th century, and to learn more of how the city grew and developed from the Kingdom of Bohemia to the Austro-Hungarian times. I'm a history buff so that works well for me. We were also shown some excellent beer houses, which sorted the evening out quite nicely!

Booking was easy. Working with our concierge was enjoyable. Everything was taken care of for us, and the recommendations we received were great. They definitely enhanced our trip.

The tour itself was excellent. We saw things that we would not have seen otherwise. Our guide was fun and kept us entertained. By the end we'd struck up a nice friendship! Overall very pleased with the service all round.

We had a full day highlights of Berlin tour and an Off the Beaten Path tour on March 11 and 12, 2016. They were fantastic! The Off the Beaten Path tour was especially interesting and different. Chris was our guide and he couldn't have been better. He contacted us three days before the tour to touch base with us about what he planned to do on the tour and get our input. From the time he came to our hotel until the end of the tour, we were enthralled. We saw and experienced parts of Berlin that we never could have seen on our own. Sven was our guide for the full day Berlin tour and he was great as well. In fact, we had an issue with the transportation at the beginning of the day and Sven helped to work it out efficiently and keep us engaged while it was being worked out. Great company, tours and tour guides. You won't be disappointed.

This was the first time I've ever taken a private tour but it won't be the last. Touriocity hooked us up with an amazing guide who was incredibly knowledgeable and funny. This was WAY better than a group tour because we got to move at our own pace and ask all the questions we wanted. I would highly recommend!!!

A modified tour to fit our four hour window was just amazing and good value for money. Sebastian, our guide, was so knowledgeable and made it so interesting. He balanced the level of information to take account of a 12 year old, 14 year old and three adults. We didn't feel guilty asking for a coffee stop - especially when my son discovered he was as knowledgeable about European football as he was about Berlin! If you want to get underneath Berlin and its Cold War history - Touriocity and Sebastian.

It’s those quirky little insights about a city and its sights that make a tour special and Dana in Prague didn’t disappoint! Being a native of Prague, she knew the fascinating history of the city inside-out, of course. But it was the little extra snippets that don’t come from a guide-book that made our private tour special – like being able to explain every last function and detail of the famous medieval astrological clock in the Old Town Square – or helping us to remember forever when the foundation stone of Charles Bridge was laid – to the minute! And she was a lovely lady to be in company with for 3 hours too!

Touriocity obviously put real effort into sourcing their guides – and it shows. A great experience overall. We’ll be booking via Touriocity again for sure. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a private tour of Berlin with Touriocity while we were staying there for a short break in the February half term. It was a fascinating experience, and really helped bring the city alive for all of us. Even our 14 and 12 year olds were hooked! Sebastian, our tour guide, was friendly and good fun (chatted to my son about Arsenal, which always goes down well!), as well as being so knowledgeable about Berlin and its history. It was so easy as he took us on the subway to the various sights and we could just follow and listen. It was great having a private tour, with just our family and a guide, rather than being part of a big group. I have been to Berlin before but I really felt like I was seeing it for the first time - an incredibly informative and completely absorbing few hours!

We booked a private walking tour of Prague through touriocity and we had a brilliant three hour tour of the places and sites we were interested in. We walked from the castle to the old town square taking in some fascinating history stories and the beautiful architecture along the way. Our guide realised quickly that architecture was of interest and suggested a visit to the Charles bridge museum and also a boat trip. This was a highlight, we also took In the Jewish quarter which I was interested in and again our guide Dana was so engaging explaining the history and educating us on how life was.

We were delighted with our over all experience, chelsey and ali from the touriocity team were great to correspond with, quick to arrange our tour and answer questions. We found the website so easy to use and once we clicked our interests we immediately received emails with tour options. When we booked chelsey arranged a meeting place by our hotel and also gave us gave us dana's contact details which came in handy as we ended up changing the meeting place which Dana had no problem with.

Overall booking through touriocity was an easy and quick route to establishing what we wanted to see and getting a great guide who was followed our interests.

A smooth day, with lovely guides. A memorable experience in Morocco. Particular highlight was lovely lunch on the sunny terrace in the mountains.

Such a great tour! We were showed around so easily, learning so much as we went around. Our tour guide was lovely and really helped us out with a lot and helped us get around as well. Really enjoyed the tour, would definitely recommend!

Touriocity organised for a fantastic local guide Quim to show us around Barcelona on our recent visit. Touriocity was very professional and easy to book with and took account of all my personal requests (particular sites we wished to visit; being picked up from our hotel; timing that suited us etc). They were very efficient and delivered on all their promises. Just as impressive was the guide that showed us around - Quim. He was knowledgable, sensitive to our interests, lively, as excited as us by the tour, entertaining (for both my young son and me) and very kind - an extraordinary guide! We would highly recommend both Touriocity and Quim!

Our guide, Yvonne, was extremely knowledgable about the city of Amsterdam in all respects; history, geography, popular tourists attractions, areas to visit, good bars and restaurants etc.

Yvonne was also great fun and was able to tailor the tour to our particular interests and requirements; this was particularly impressive as I had an injured foot at the time and therefore couldn't walk long distances.

I would thoroughly recommend Touriosity on the basis of our tour. It is a great thing to do early in the holiday such that you can benefit from what you learn on the tour for the rest of the trip.

We scheduled 2 tours with Touriocity in Barcelona. The tour guide was great, she knew a lot of history. We took the tapas tour and the Fleminco dancing and the Barcelona tour. We didn't have to wait in any lines and she Eli showed us the highlights of Barcelona (put on your walking shoes). The tapas tour was really enjoyable and delicious and we saw a old part of Barcelona which was great. The Fleminco show was great, loved it. Touriocity is a great company, thanks Chelsey for all of your help. I would use them again.

Did a great job in focusing our visits to key spots to get the most out of our time spent - Vatican, Roman ruins, and Villa Borghese. All had an overwhelming amount of things to see and I believe we made the most of our time due to the wonderful personel guides used. Highly recommended!

Chelsey organized the best tours for our basketball team tour, Phil our tour guide in New York was fantastic, he was very patient with the team and answered all the girls questions and directed us on where to eat and go after the tour had finished. The tour in Rome with Rahul was also great, he took us to all the great sights and was very knowledgeable with the history from the Vatican to the Coliseum.
Overall with all the tours being organized around our travel and game schedule Chelsey was fantastic, numerous follow up emails to make sure we as a group where happy and got to see everything and the best part was the price was very competive and well worth it, I would recommend Touriocity to anyone I know planning on traveling and on my next trip will be contacting them, thankyou Chelsey for all your help and expertise on making our trip so much better.

Great flexibility of tour guide which fitted in around our hectic and ever changing schedule! We were short of time and Sebastian fitted lots in without any part feeling rushed. Very smooth transition from site to site. Having lived in Berlin, the tour was mainly aimed at my boyfriend but Sebastian taught me a host of lesser known things I had no idea about! Great afternoon.

This was our fist experience of a trip booked with Touriocity and visit to Morocco. We absolutely loved escaping from the madness of Marrakech to head for the crisp mountain coolness of the High Atlas. We had a lovely wander through the mountain villages with our excellent (local) guide Hassan who was brought up there so knew everyone and was very knowledgeable. We loved the flexibility of the tour which meant we did a much longer walk and had a lazy lunch (absolutely delicious) and a much shorter camel ride - which was actually much more fun that we had anticipated. We got back in plenty of time for a night in the Medina with snake charmers, music and retail madness. We did a 4 day trip which was perfect and we had lovely warm weather at the beginning of December. We stayed in the old town in riad El Fenn - a really great spot for excellent service, great food and a sublime spa.

This tour was amazing! Our guide, Muhammad, was incredible - knowledgable, professional, and very attentive. He made sure we got everything we wanted out of our tour. The camel ride was a beautiful way to see the countryside, and the lunch at the Riad Jnane Imlil was one of my favorite meals of our entire trip. The food was simple, but exquisite and the view from the rooftop deck was stunning. Lastly, the hike into the mountains was a perfect way to finish the day. The scenery was beautiful and it was a nice way to witness and learn about the way the local Berber people live. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Marrakech.
