Good tour and great guide with lots of historical knowledge which I enjoyed. Took our time which I needed and my grandson loved it! Only complaint was the price but otherwise highly recommend it.

My wife and I used Touriocity for both a driving tour 1 day and a walking tour the next in Berlin and they both were great private and personal tours. They all met us at our hotel, the Ritz and we went out for 4-5 hours and saw a lot. They were extremely knowledgeable guides on local history and culture.
We then went to Munich and used 1 of their guides for a walking tour of Munich downtown. He was a character and again very knowledgeable and entertaining.
We highly recommend Touricity! Their booking staff were very accommodating to our needs and putting together the type of tour we wanted and designed.

Excellent guide in Rome. Able to navigate well, skip the lines, lots of information and adaptable to our needs. They picked us up at cruise ship which we arranged with them which was fine- the driver on the way to rome was ill though although we did not catch it. The return driver was fast, but then got lost finding the cruise terminal entrance and wasted about 40 minutes driving around and ended up walking far to the ship. Overall great tour minus the return drive.

Wanted a custom tour to explore ancestry "roots" in remote area of Germany. Found Touriocity during an internet search. During planning, I changed starting location - Touriocity took initiative to put together an alternative tour that met my needs.
Guide was prepared, driver added to experience. Very satisfied with the overall experience.
Would use again - 4.5 star rating (since there always is room for improvement)

We found Touriocity on the internet, and that turned out to be our lucky day! The crew there are professional, caring and knowledgable. The itinerary they planned for us included three countries in Europe and everything went like clockwork. The transfers were always on time. The guides were superlative, first rate professionals who became entertaining as well as full of facts that made the tours very educational.

We cannot say enough about this organization. They treated us more like friends than customers. Even called ahead to our tour guides to make sure that our experience was maximized. We will be using them again for our future travels, in fact, given our ages and the places we want to travel to while we still can, we wouldn't plan any vacation without them.

I cannot thank Touriocity enough for all of the help they offered me in getting me & my (now) fiancé's trip together! We 5 days of tours booked through Touriocity and had a great time biking the Appian Way with Daniele & Vatican City with Dennis! And just the most wonderful time with Francesco!

I cannot stress how much that man Francesco made our trip! What a guide & a great soul! He was amazing! He is obviously knowledgeable and friendly but he totally went above & beyond in terms of making things interesting and exciting for us!

Francesco helped us figure out and navigate the hectic city of Rome. He really made us feel welcome! He is definitely a guide I would say you could book for multiple days with clients who are open for a good time, want to learn, not in a rush and are down-to-earth people. We felt so lucky to hang out with him and some of his friends after our tour! We even got us a special look at a local food market at the Circus Massimo the next day when our tour was done. I guess he didn't mind us as clients as the next day, while walking on the street, he drove up on his scooter to say hi! (He even parked his scooter and walked us to a place for us to have an amazing cup of cappuccino!) What a great guy!

And Touriocity made it all happen! Thank you so much for getting everything organized and put together for our Roma vacation! We are so very happy to have worked with this company! We will definitely be in contact when we are planning our next vacation...I guess that will be the honeymoon!

We used Touriocity when we visited Barcelona. Our guide Delores was high energy, very informative, and extremely knowledgeable. We wanted to cram in several sites in just half a day, and she did exactly what we wanted.
She kept her high energy as we walked, toured, and learned. She provided many anecdotes that brought the history to life.

My family of 4 and a friend of my older daughter booked a half day tour with Laura, who we found to be knowledgable, bright, funny and generally a terrific guide to much of London's top sights. We were coming to Berlin for the DKMS 25th Anniversary Celebration and had extra days to see Berlin. I liked the full day tour but would be a bit long so asked to do it in two days and Touriocity came through and set us up with Marriette who went above and beyond to see that we had a good time, saw and learned a lot about Berlin and made accommodations for my son-in-laws needs being a cancer survivor.

Touriocity arranged three tours in Berlin for our family with high quality tour guides for a reasonable price.
These tour guides met us at our hotel and exceeded our expectations despite weather challenges.
Christopher Taylor our guide for an 8 hour walking tour of Berlin was amazing as he was extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about the history of the city and " made it come to life" with his pictures and descriptions.
The tour to Potsdam with fun and informative and we ended it in a micro brewery on the lake with a wonderful view.
Caroline from the main office communicated the logistics with us and everything worked like clockwork with her attention to details and follow up.
If you are coming to Berkin, I highly recommend this group if you are interested in a professional, private tour.

My husband and I booked this tour in order to see the Gaudi architecture inside and out. Touriocity worked with me to make sure that everything we wanted to see was included. This was a very easy company to work with via email. We arranged a cruise port pick up, hotel transfer, Sagrada Familia private tour, and tapas lunch. All arrangements were perfectly organized and carried out to our specifications. Our American English speaking guide, Anthony, was very knowledgeable, and he was a pleasant personality to spend four hours with. We couldn't have been happier with our whole experience.

We booked with Tourocity for a tour in March 2016, we arrived by cruise ship. The process was easy and they sent links to your own page which summarized everything that was included in the tour. The drivers were at the pier waiting for us when we got off the ship they took us to Rome to where we met our guide for the day and picked us back up and took us back to the ship. Our guides name was Rahul, he was very knowledgeable and was great with the children. We had a group of 10 - 6 adults, 2 teens and 2 preteens.

Very reliable company. We have no issues arranging our customized tours from the US and touriocity delivered as promised. Our guides in Berlin,Jocham and Marianette ,were very knowledgeable and friendly.
