Made the impossible happen with a smile.
We bought airline tickets to Egypt online that failed to show and by the time we tracked them down there was only a week to go till departure and the holiday was over Christmas and New Year. We had nothing booked, nowhere to stay and nothing to do. This was not a beach holiday. Not the ideal scenario for planning a trip in anyone’s book. But walked in to Travel By Hannah and with incredible, knowledge, work and dedication they pulled together an amazing family experience for us, to our specifications and with a smile. Such an amazing trip our kids asked if we could do something like this every Christmas instead of presents. Not bad for a weeks notice!! In case I need to spell it out we THOROUGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The whole booking experience was 1st class, very professional service. The holiday itself was just lush, hotel was in a perfect location, pool and private beach were clean, room with a view and the food from buffet was plentiful.
Would definitely go back!!
Highly recommend Hannah Travel and we will be using again for our future trips.

Fabulous experience
Lily was so helpful in finding us our perfect family holiday. We did all our communicating via email and this was a lot of back and forth due to my indecisiveness. Lily was so patient and committed to finding something for us. The price came up miles cheaper than any of the other leading travel companies. Really pleased and will be back to book further trips! Thank you!

It’s also brilliant to hear we were able to save you money compared to other companies – even better when you get the right trip and a great price.
We really appreciate your kind words and look forward to helping you again when you’re ready for the next one.

Canada in the Fall
Everything went according to plan. All pre booked hotels and trips worked perfectly. The trip was everything we asked for and more. It was a fabulous trip and the help and detail we were given to help us decide was excellent. The only disappointment was that, booking slightly late, we did not qualify for the personal trip book. They need 45 days notice and we only had 35. Think they could have provided this if they had chosen to.

Thank you so much for your lovely review.
We’re really pleased to hear your Canada trip went so smoothly and that everything came together just as you’d hoped — it sounds like a truly special holiday, especially in the Fall.
It’s also great to hear the planning process and detail beforehand helped you make the right choices, that’s exactly what we aim for.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the trip book as well. The 45-day guideline is something set by the tour op so they can get everything prepared in time, but we completely understand your thoughts and did let them know.
Thank you again for booking with us, and we look forward to helping you plan your next trip.

Fabulous trip from Travel by Hannah
Travel by Hannah packaged an amazing holiday for us to Bali, Lombok and Singapore. All the transfers were seamless and the quality of hotels they selected was exceptional even arranging for upgrades for our son’s 21st.
I found communication to be excellent through the process and that the price of the trip considering how much was included was really good value.
I haven’t used a travel agent for years but I am now sold on sticking with this super helpful and friendly team for future trips.
