We always use Travel by Hannah. We book complex, multi-country, multi-activity trips on a strict budget. The team always comes through. They are happy to work with us in partnership (often through many tweaks and changes) to create brilliant, usually months' long, adventures we call "SuperTrips".
We are resilient travellers, but it is great to know that the team don't just stop at the booking. They will always take a call and support if there is a bump in the road.
We have just finalised our SIXTH SuperTrip with Travel by Hannah and will be back for number SEVEN next year!

Hannah literally took on board everything I asked for and got it absolutely perfect, the flight, the resort were both perfect

Friendly service and top quality advice. Very patient in dealing with our requests, changes and wishes

Our holiday to Canada started with a visit to the shop with a brief outline of what we wanted to see, do and various dates. Billy then put together several options, ideas and dates for us to consider with different experiences. With his help and support we booked an amazing holiday visiting Toronto, Niagara Falls,Ottawa and Montreal. The entire holiday was filled with wonderful memories but the highlights were Niagara Falls, a birthday meal in the CN tower overlooking the city, watching an ice hockey game in Montreal and baseball game in Toronto.
We couldn’t have planned this ourselves, Travel by Hannah is such an incredible local travel agency that really cares and makes everything easy and nothing is too much trouble. They certainly make ideas come together and plan holidays that are amazing. I can’t recommend them enough.

Very efficient and helpful. Very friendly.

Hannah was fantastic, we gave her a brief and she quickly came up with some suggestions that worked perfectly for what we wanted. A 5 day break somewhere sunny but with a nice town and restaurants. Highly recommend her.

Hannah was so helpful and immediately knew the sort of holiday we wanted. Everything was arranged quickly and it was such a smooth process. We had a great time in Seville. Would thoroughly recommend.
