Bought a watch box for my Dad's birthday and he absolutely loved it. I was worried about delivery timings but the company were great with getting back to me and customer service was really good when I contacted them about shipments. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with my travel case. It looked even better in person and it arrived right on time. I will definitely be recommending this to friends and family.

Firstly I have been sent the wrong item which was a smaller, cheaper box. It ruined Christmas a bit as this was a present and I noticed the mistake only once the present was opened. The seller had the correct attitude, he accepted to exchange for the correct box at no cost.

Secondly, the packaging was sturdy (I noticed however that the first box was wrapped in a nice black tissue paper, the second box was wrapped in a plastic bag) and the box looked nice at first glance. However looking at it closely you cannot fail to notice the smudges on the glass cover as if it has been cleaned with a greasy cloth. Also, one of the watch pillows has a stitch which is unglued. Lastly, one of the partition dividers does not sit straight in the box.

I am disappointed. For me the quality of the box is not justified by the price.
