I ordered the wrong size and was immediately offered a return and refund. This despite the item having been discounted.

Excellent service, speedy delivery and great service when I mistakenly ordered wrong size.

I misunderstood the online description for the item that I bought, making it unusable. I emailed Trading Tech and they organised the return of the item at their cost and promised a refund on receipt by them. Absolutely top notch returns policy.

Fast, prompt delivery from this vendor. They gave regular shipping updates and the apple case I recieved was in perfect condition, and was offered at a better price than I could find elsewhere. I ordered the wrong phone case and the team provided fantastic customer service to resolve this. They sent me the one I should have ordered and I received this the next day, along with a prepaid postage label to send the other one back. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I am simply stunned! The phone case that I deeply wanted was unfortunately £49 so I looked elsewhere and found this beautiful store that sold the exact same case for £34. At first when I saw a price like this I thought it must be fake but decided to go ahead and order and it was a completely the same as if you were buying from the Apple Store. I have to give all my thanks to Mo a member of the customer support team who helped me in very way to get me this case, without his lovely help I wouldn’t have probably got this case. Overall a great store that everybody needs to know about and a great member of their customer support team in Mo.

Great quality product and customer service

Excellent products and amazing service all around! I accidentally ordered an Apple iPhone 13 pro max leather case as opposed to 13 pro. Upon contacting the customer service team, they immediately dispatched the 13 pro case and provided a pre-paid return label for me to return the original case back to them. They really made the entire process so easy even though it was all my fault! Apart from high quality products, the level of customer service/after sales is what determines if I continue to shop with a brand and this is the best level customer service I have received - large corporations should take note!

The case was not of best quality. But they refunded me my whole order as I had ordered a screen protector and express delivery as well so can’t complain.
