I recently gave Trading Tech a one star rating after no response to two emails and a chat on their site.
In my Trust Pilot review I highlighted a problem with their email and the company quickly made contact with me to put things right.
I have now updated my review to reflect the excellent service received as soon as the problem was highlighted.

Great customer service, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size phone case but after email correspondence they sent the correct one out with a pre paid envelope to send the old one back.
Case was authentic and as described.
