I had my windows replace about 5 years ago by this company and had nothing but problems since. Constant condensation on the inside of the windows damp and mold everywhere even growing on my furniture. Horrendous customer services from the beginning. Basically every window frame has been incorrectly sized and ill fitted which they covered up with the trims. They offered to give me a price on my roof which I needed to have 4 rows of tiles replaced once work complete tried to charge me over £1,000.00 extra stating I got their verbal quote wrong. Had a leak in the roof 2 years ago to find out by a professional roofer who totally replaced my roof that they siliconed the tiles on which had caused damage. I am so very angry to find out years later that they are the cause of damage as well as being left with cold damp moldy house and furniture 😑 disgusting .... DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS!

Shocking after sale customer service. Door purchased in August, in October we noticed it was letting water through in several places. It took 2 emails, one request call back form and 3 phone calls from us for them to get back to us. 2 weeks later, finally, an engineer came to repair the leak, who repaired the leak but left two small white dents/scratches in dark grey door..3 weeks later the door leaks again..2 phone calls, and still waiting for someone to get back to us...

So the first thing these folks don't have pushy sales people, just folks that offer advice based on experience. We visited trade frame premises and spoke with a really helpful guy who was honest and actually helped us to decide on style, color and not a case of the most expensive options as it goes. In terms of fitting, two great blokes were respectfull polite and clean and not simple windows, 2 really big sliding doors too. As it happens I guess trade frame needed to have their FENSA registration renewed and so FENSA contacted me to ask if they could inspect my install. The impartial inspector they sent was very impressed not only with the quality of install but the profile and materials. So why not 5 stars, well my install was not without issue. Incorrect glass for front door, a cracked panel of glass in the window and missing trickle vent covers. This all took 6 to 8 weeks to get all these issues resolved and needed me to be ringing often to get updates. I suspect that the issue was that the front door glass being not common took time to aquire. It would have just been better to know that up front in truth. But on ballance given the great price, product and install I will use trade frame again and recommend to friends.

I have just had a front and back door fitted by Tradeframe. They are a dream company! They have a good showroom in Gloucester with a deceptively informal office above. They can build the door you want there and then on their computer system and provide you with an instant quote. They can give you good advice about what is available - for example they suggested having the same key for front and back to keep life simple - brilliant idea! You have a massive range of styles, colours and accessories to choose from. You are choosing a bespoke door that is exactly what you want and you know the price of everything every step of the way.

The doors themselves are really high quality as well as looking extremely smart. Tradeframe have a first class team. Mike (now retired) did my initial quote. Andy came and measured up - both very professional and humorous! Chris kept me informed both before and after fitting. Best of all was Jakub, the Polish man, who fitted the doors. He is a true craftsman. My house is Victorian so it was a challenging job. Jakub both fitted the doors AND cleaned up immaculately.

Tradeframe's pricing is very competitive so I wasn't sure how good the doors would be. However, now they are fitted I can say I couldn't wish for better quality.

I am actually thrilled with my new doors! I highly recommend this company.

Terrible customer service, constantly have to chase for a door fitted in November 2022 found issues in December2022 less than a month old it would freeze shut on cold nights and not open it had frost on the inside of the metal of the door and also leak trade frame stopped responding and basically didn't want to know once they had the money and that was them done with us the grantee they offer is not worth the paper its on as they just ignore you AVOID at all costs go to someone else Jack Nicoll is not the guy you want to deal with he just ignores every complaint or letter they sub out the fitting to outside workers so no guarantee on the fitting

Hi just had bow window plus front door panel fitted.Excellent from start to finish two amazing workmen who did the job with no fuss and cleaned up you wouldn’t know they had been here.

Atrocious company, we have issues with a front door that the company hasn't resolved in 3 years it was poorly fitted and despite over a dozen visits its still there with trims loose, cracked frame and other smaller issues, the company are awful as responding to emails, letters and telephone calls. I would avoid them like the plague.

I am very happy with the front door fitted by Trade Frame. The quote was competitive and a lot cheaper than a large double glazing company who told me to be wary of Trade Frame. But they did an excellent job and I’m really pleased that I chose them. Everything happened as agreed and all rubbish including old door was taken away. They were always polite and responded to any questions quickly.
I would use them again.

Shocked at the negative comments as we are thrilled to bits with our recently fitted Patio doors from the Widnes branch, the guys were very clean workers leaving no mess whatsoever, very cheerful and friendly. They even fitted them two weeks earlier than planned, thank you trade frame.

Didn't even bother to keep the initial appointment. We were later informed 'Adam had gone to the wrong appointment". This has shown them to be completely unreliable and untrustworthy; best avoided :(

I brought two composite doors at different times. I have had nothing but problems with my front door, they keep coming out but I am still having problems. Once I couldn't get into my house when my kids were inside and had to through the climb in the window to get to them. I'm very disappointed with my purchase. I've had windows from them and they have been fine but the doors are awful

Apologies for the absoloute essay but I think it’s better to be thorough, July 21st deposit paid we were advised 8 weeks for our black front door.
Nothing heard so called them on the 24th of September they advised it had been delivered and would be installed on the 30th of September.
They then called us on the 28th of September to advise that they hadn’t revived the door and that due to the unique colour choice (wanting it to be black both inside and out) there was going to be a 4 week delay. Tradeframe then called on Friday the ninth of October to chase payment of the door and we advised we hadn’t had the door yet and it was delayed although he really should have know that as he was calling from tradeframe, we asked if there would be any discount for this delay and they were quick to defend themselves and point out it was nothing to do with them and they weren’t at fault it was their manufacturer so why offer anything, Mark did say he would check and get back to us the following Monday 12th of November. Of course we did not receive any call.

With a week left in October and having heard nothing again I had to call them on the 22nd of November to ask what was happening, they were receiving a delivery and was advised he would call me back in approx ten minutes once they could check if the door had been received, this time tradeframe did call back approx 30 mins later which wasn’t an issue. They advised that they had not taken delivery of the door however had spoken to the suppliers and guaranteed they would have the door by Thursday and install would be first thing Friday the 30th of October.

Thursday the 29th of October they called my partner asking for full payment upfront or the fitters (paid separately but included in the over all cost) would not come out. Call us cynical but we had doubts this would go ahead smoothly and the door would be correct or Undamaged. Jack assured us although the door was wrapped there was no visible signs of damage etc so we paid. The next day the fitters turned up promptly and as soon as they unwrapped the door it was clearly the wrong colour inside, supposedly the reason for our 4 week delay was the fact we had a custom order (we wanted the colour of the door to be the same on the inside as the outside just standard black that’s all) yet here it was the wrong colour.
The fitter explained it was an easy fix, that the plate can be changed quickly and it’s a standard colour so it should be done really quickly. At this point he calls the office to explain and then says they will call me to explain shortly. ( fitters can not be faulted, they left everything clean and tidy and did a great job)

A few hours after the fitters have left I hadn’t been called and with the track record decide to call them, they explain they will talk to the suppliers and get back to me. My trust in that is low. Fast forward five working days and still no contact so I call again and I’m told that they have started making the new plate and will be done on the 24th of November and as it’s the suppliers mistake they want to pass on my number so they can contact me directly to arrange the replacement which I agreed to. I asked when they were advised of that and he said Friday the 30th of November or maybe Monday but when asked why they hadn’t called to notify us is that they’ve been busy on training and with customer orders. So from the date of deposit paid to when the door will supposedly be correct we have waited 18 weeks for a black composite door quoted at 8 weeks maximum with only a few feeble apologies mixed in with a strong defensive attitude about it not being their responsibility or fault, absolutely cannot recommend this company. The good points being the price point (although when you factor in delays and time taken and mistakes it may be worth paying more to a more reliable company) and the fitters.

Just had full house done patio doors, 2 doors and all windows by Tradeframe Peterborough. The whole experience was excellent. They did not pressure sell, the price was great. The fitters were tidy and did an excellent job. I am thoroughly pleased with the service and also the quality of the windows I cannot recommend highly enough.

The widnes and Warrington branch, staff are so rude, have absolutely no customer service! Speak to customers as if they have just stood in them. Their products are all sub-standard. As a construction company owner myself I was shocked at how they treat the customers and clients. I always try my best to support local business, but these people do not deserve to be in business!!
Avoid these horrible people at all costs, because there are decent, honest, companies that will look after your needs and actually treat you properly, for you custom!

Confused by the negative feedback? We were absolutely delighted with all aspects of our recent work by Tradeframe. We had several new windows fitted, a front door and surrounding porch windows, a front door and patio doors. No pushy salesman. Straight forward pricing without gimmicks. Courteous, friendly, hardworking men arrived as arranged and worked tirelessly and cleanly. You would hardy know they had been when they finished. I would definitely use them again for any future replacements. A warm friendly company that left me feeling valued. Only blip was a lock that was replaced without any fuss as their suggestion as the fitter felt it was a little crunchy. Very satisfied customer.

Called yesterday for someone to quote me, someone was supposed to call me back but never did. Chased it today , phones were going to voicemail and no one called me again. Not impressive as a first impression, hard pass.

Excellent service from start to finish. Ordered triple glazed windows throughout my property. Fitters carried out over a weekend and were fantastic. Very prompt and clean. Harpenden branch did what i paid them to do, with no hassle.

I took the day off ready to have new doors fitted for Christmas exited about the good deal we had and welcoming family members at our new door. To cut a long story short the fitters did not show up and the doors were still not manufactured when I called to see what was happening. Really disappointed with Trade Frame. I’ve emailed senior management but no response :-(
