From the first contact to the completion of the windows and doors being fitted, everything has been a breeze. Pleasant, friendly and helpful people who go over and above what I expected from a company. Highly recommend and I am delighted with the finished results.

I had a new front door fitted yesterday and I cannot express how delighted I am with it. The fitter (Paul) arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the job was finished and getting the old door out was not easy! Once finished the area was left clean and tidy. Paul explained how the door operates and didn't leave until I was happy with how do open and lock the door!

The service provided by the whole team at Kent Trade Frames from quotation to fitting has been amazing. The team are friendly and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble . I have used them previously, will definitely use them again and are highly recommended

Ive just had 6 new double glazed windows, a new back door and a new front door fitted by Kent Trade Frames. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The initial meeting with Dean was brilliant. He understood what requirements were necessary to improve my home. He was knowledgeable and explained about the different windows and doors and their benefits in depth. He helped guide me through the options without any pressure.

The installation of the doors and windows by Colin and Richard was smooth and professional. They created very little mess and cleaned before finishing the job each day. They were both very polite and able to answer any questions I had about the fitting process. The quality of Colin and Richard’s work and the quality of the windows and doors has made a noticeable difference to my home. It feels warmer and looks beautiful both inside and outside.

I recently had six windows and a new front door fitted. A friendly member of the team visited to take measurements and discuss our requirements. There was no hard sales pitch unlike our companies I had experienced. The price was very competitive and the fitting took three days. Both fitters were highly skilled and very professional. From start to finish it’s been a great service, from consultation and ordering to fitting and follow up. Communication has been top notch as the windows come in early and calls were made to bump up fitting. Fitting was completed in a great time but also to a high imaging standard. Will definitely use again when needed.
