ordered pocket door kit

ordered pocket door kit, there wasnt included the door while is clearly shown on the pictures, they split the order in 2 different deliveries, the second one came after 10 days which is really late

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion and the delay you experienced. To clarify, the pocket door kit does not include the door itself—the images are for illustration purposes only to show how the installed system looks. This is stated in the item description so apologies if you didn't spot this.

The order is shipped in separate packages due to size and carrier requirements, which is why it arrived in two deliveries. Please contact me with your order number so I can review the tracking and investigate why the delivery took so long. This is not our normal service.

Incorrect Product

Ordered square plate handles with key hole and round plate handles without key hole arrived. Completely the wrong product.
Fortunately return was easy and refund prompt.

Good hinges,bad screws

I bought a pair of gate hinges and whilst the hinges themselves are fine the supplied screws were of such poor quality that two of them snapped and several others soon had chewed heads, indicating that the quality of the steel used was very inferior. Incidentally the company uses reviews.io for product reviews but makes it practically impossible to add one.
