Companies an absolute joke. Such a headache to deal with. States on the site you can order until 9pm and still receive the next day. Ordered a tonne of drawer runners for a pre 10:30am next day delivery. They didn’t come. I then find out they are being returned and I have to wait 2 weeks for my refund. I then find out I am being given the refund in dribs & drabs due to how they are receiving back the parcels which I haven’t even seen
Skip forward. I make the same order again. 7:30pm. Next day delivery pre 10:30am again and guess what….. they let me down again. Parcel doesn’t come. I’m then told it’s coming the following day.
I still haven’t received my refund from the first order. No compensation. No remorse. No discounts. Nothing.

You are being let down by your courier (DX Express). Delivered Exactly is their trade mark - delivered exactly 2 days late! Three days running I was messaged to say they were delivering, and on the first 2 days it was returned to the depot. There was no information provided. How arrogant to think we'd be at their beck and call to sign for it!
The last order wasn't delivered at all, and I gave a review back then too. I was assured steps would be taken to ensure it didn't happen again.
I like IronmongeryDirect's products, but it's a lottery whether they'll turn up, so I think I'll have to try an alternative that don't use DX Express.
