I saw recommendations for this company to order distilled water for my CPAP machine, and they are really good so I always order from here. They often have discounts for purchasing more than 1 bottle, so I buy 4 x 5l at a time. It's easy to order and the delivery is fast.

Pure incompetence!

I’ve used this company for a long time for CPAP therapy. Several times I’ve had to chase them because my order is incomplete.

I usually order 4 x 5L distilled water because it’s the cheapest but only ever end up receiving only 2 or 3 at the time so have to chase for the remaining to be delivered.

Fault on the website wasn’t showing the discount for buying in bulk so I purchased 25L instead. I was sent INHIBITOR instead of distilled water.

Lack of empathy, won’t support in compensation towards a new humidifier tank as the stuff was poured in not realising their incompetence to dispatch the right product.

Lost custom for their extremely bad repeated service

It was a dispatching error not a courier error in response to the company response. Their warehouse sent out the wrong item. I was regularly chasing them for missing items from my order historically. Absolute Joke!

Been using Trade-Chem for a few years for my CPAP machine . Good prices, excellent delivery. No reason to go to any other company

Ordered the concentrated pet deodoriser disinfectant. Great price, smell lasts for a good few days and deodorisers the urine smell very effectively.

Easy to use website. Quality service no email with details but details from delivery company very quick. Used this company for years, quality products quick delivery. Would recommend.

Really great experience. Product was a good price, arrived in perfect condition, and shipping was super fast. I can't believe they offer free next day shipping! That's so rare these days and a huge bonus. I definitely recommend ordering from here.

Easy, quick and free delivery. Great product thanks.

Brilliant next day delivery and ordering direct from the website had a huge discount

Brilliant Value and range of products, with various scents so there is something for everyone. The price point is fantastic much better value than others. My order was delivered promptly with no additional cost implications.

I been getting this for a long time off a..... but then seen i could get it off trade chem a lot cheeper wow so good thank you

I buy distilled water regularly for use in a CPAP machine. I originally found Trade Chem via a large online store but now order direct from them.

They may not have a fancy website, but they do what they do very well and at excellent prices. I order my water easily and it arrives, well-packaged, as fast as any other retailer.

So far I have had nothing but perfect service from them and am happy to recommend them to others.

Have ordered from this company many times as they despatch quickly and very competitive with their prices. Would recommend them

Really great thoughtful service and very useful products that I use for non-toxic household cleaning. Thank you, will be using you again.
