the website was easy to use and the order turned up within 3 days of ordering.

Can’t speak highly enough about this company.I first purchased an item from them via EBay.When it arrived there was a leaflet inside the box telling you about their website and sum of the products they sell.I went to their website and found 5 things I needed and they were delivered the next day.You can’t beat that.I have passed on to friends and family as I think they are a great company, for sure be using them again.

I regularly order distilled water for my AirSancta air purifier. I initially ordered from an online market place but then found that it was cheaper and quicker to buy directly from Trade Chemicals. Going direct offers the lowest price and my order qualifies for free next day delivery. Can’t ask for better than that. Never had any problems with ordering or delivery

Trade Chemicals products as well as service excellent.

Courteous prompt delivery.

Possibly the best customer service I have experienced with good prices of products, good delivery too.

Superfast delivery as always. Great stock

I gave a negative review of this company in June 2024. Earlier this month I ordered Distilled water through Amazon. At the time I did not realise that the seller was "Trade Chemical" as I mistook the product "Pure Chemical" as the seller. Following that I was advised the courier was Evri. Imagine my worry and concern.

I was very happy and impressed with the process of ordering, tracking, delivery, packaging and timing of my latest order. The goods were placed in my secure place, very well packed in a box and bubble wrapping. My local EVRI courier has been delivering to us for two years with great level of service.

Whilst I believe I had justification for negative review in the past, that is very much water under the bridge. Based on this order I have no hesitation with recommending this company.

Ordered 5l solaclean with next day Amazon prime. Did not arrive. Several days past until no delivery dates available shown. Contacted via Amazon and though order despatched to Warrington Evri depot not delivered. Sent refund which took several days and was not asked for. Could have sent another one on same prime next day terms and it would have arrived way before refund but said Amazon would not compensate them. I think they need to get redress from Evri and get another to me PDQ. Very poor customer service from Trade Chem do not trust what they advertise they can deliver they can’t and fail to make up for there shortcomings. Evri was the courier chosen by the company not me. If it’s Evri,s fault then the company should compensate or seek redress through them and use a reliable courier to send me my order.

I had online chat with agent and it was he who said they would refund. I declined and asked company to send me the order by reliable courier. It was he who said they wouldn’t as Amazon won’t compensate them. The company response is a smoke screen to disguise poor processes and service monitoring. There are other negative reviews about failure to deliver.

My partner & I both purchase from this company & never been let down.As we have 2 rough collie dogs our favourite is the baby powder disinfectant & the carpet shampoo.Prices are very good, discount codes, free delivery & most important their customer service as kept up to date from placing order to receiving it which is 1st class service..

We have tried several different chemical products having two dogs that love to pee on the patio. Trade Chem pet disinfectant is the item that has ever worked and we have been buying it for awhile now. Highly recommend.

I have been using Trade Chemicals for over 2 years and have always found their service to be excellent. The product is as per the description.
